At early 2023 Oct, I go unifi subscribed the 300mbps fibre.
Then late 2023 Oct, government announce free fibre upgrade.
I received SMS my unifi package is upgraded and ask to restart router.
I also do a speed test. It bump up to 500mbps.

But today I check the unifi app, my package is still 300mbps, speed test also 300mbps. Anyone face the same upgrade then downgrade as I do ??

If yes how you all handle ? Call to complain ?

The portal package plan name is old name, many including myself is still not reflecting the latest package plan name and TM claimed that they will do it by phase (I know... takes ages)

Now regarding your speed test 300Mbps using wifi or LAN cable?

TM only layan if you use LAN cable

If use LAN still only 300Mbps then yes you may file a complain to TM

mine same my unifi app my package is still 300Mbps speed test still 510Mbps noting issue me always 510Mbps never drop 300Mbps and upload 110Mbps no problem

RM15 2 location windscribe build a plan? saw LTT said IPA ,check got 3+ years but need to pay rm372 divided around rm10 per month.

Much better experience now with uhome 5g... yeah, top speed is not as high as fibre but less laggy, streaming works, even my son playing roblox also complained less.

yes, maxis 5G also no issue, the network performance is much more consistent even during peak time compare to unifail

Private ip , 180.75 .Private Ip are stuck with few of it.There is no other way except vpn or using mobile network.
Been happen since 6 months ago.
Can't just buy or subcribe , need to test how good is it.Actually I don't even need vpn if everything smooth , just normal browsing and shopping.If there is hourly base vpn like rm1 = 10GB transfer i don't mind.
Hardly even use 1GB for browsing and shopping in a week.

Another issue is I need a router than can set vpn.The stock TM router doesn't have this option.
