Just another brand of cable easier for them to splice when there's cable cut reported but more prone to bending since the outer jacket is softer. Look at one of the cable bended so hard and there's a splicing point in the middle of it. Their black ardf cable better.

The CS probably bad at math telling you free 3 months is better vs not having to pay for 21 months if you walk out of their service after 3 months šŸ˜‚

I'd flame the CS kaw2 if I were you.

When the technician calls before arriving(if any) or before he enters your house, ask to confirm the model. Both models have the same model number (DPN-FX3060V) but different material descriptions

White ONR Material Desc: COMBO BOX 2.5G UONU RG
Black ONR Material Desc: COMBO BOX AX3000 2.5G

This is my box, the black one, for your reference;

If possible, ensure you get the black one, 2.5G LAN port to avoid any inconvenience in the future. 2.5G is always better than 1G. Otherwise, it will create a lot of trouble if you wish to change it later.

You can refuse the installation until you get the black model. I’m concerned they might be trying to clear the white stock.

Noted that. Thanks for the information. This helps alot actually as we can confirm which unit we be receiving

From the material description, seems to be black ones?

Your router set as usual to dial the PPPoE, just the TM D-Link AX3000 set as GPON Bridge. If you have existing router working in the network. Simply set it to GPON Bridge, connect the combo box LAN to router WAN port. It will connect automatically then.
