Nothing much you can do. Even VPNs are also hit-and-miss, depending on the locations you want to access. It’s mainly European mirrors that are heavily affected due to the current undersea cable fault in the Indian Ocean, plus you have to combine that with TM’s usual shit peering. With my VPN provider, peering to their Singapore servers totally koyak right now (100ms+ ping and >5% packet loss). Malaysia server no issue connecting, but the ISP for the hosting provider also seems to be depending on that Indian Ocean route so it doesn’t help much (way better than withoit VPN but still not exactly stable packet flow). I have to connect to a Japan server to get decent speeds, at the expense of higher latency. Seems my VPN’s Japan server hosting company routes through China for Europe access.

Downtime at my area Bandar Tasik Puteri since 6.05am (base on googleremotedesktop last online) til now.. then received sms around 745am service disruption bla bla..

Not sure if this service interruption is related to your area or not. But in Unifi Alert, there is a service interruption around Kundang, next to your area

Maybe.. recovery ETA 6:34PM base on apps.

(1) My current Mikrotik router has IP 192.168.0.1. It seems to be the same as the ONR. Is that going to be a problem even if I set to GPON Bridge mode?
Nope because ONR will not distribute DHCP IP address once in Bridge mode. If possible, i suggest to change your Mikrotik to different subnet 192.168.1.x

(2) Once in GPON Bridge mode, what is the method to access it again if needed?
You need to plug in cable to LAN4 and manually configure static IP in same subnet as ONR on your laptop (eg. 192.168.0.10 / 255.255.255.0 and GW 192.168.0.1).
Then you can access ONR via browser on 192.168.0.1


(3) You mentioned:

For my case, the proxy box under VOIP setting was turned off after reboot. So VOIP light was ON in the ONR but Tel1 (the one to phone) was off.
After check the Proxy box in VOIP setting, Tel1 light was ON too.

Newb here, just want to ask. Is there a way to change my cloudflare IP address? can I ask TM to do that? The reason I ask is that because despite having 800mbps speed, feels like at certain times my connection gets gimped at it gets really slow.

Are you asking the cloudflare warp ip or cloudflare hosted sites ip?

Warp ip,u might just use another tool with wireguard to use the Warp service.
Cloudflare hosted sites ip,just add the optimized ip to the "hosts" file.

you have option to use other hsbb isp with noticeably better network performance and reliability plus miles better customer service.

problem with majority of unifi users is they ate the FUD and ended never tried other isp to see what they are missing.
