wow still very slow load any site i did search google and some site load slow
i go tm speed test load slow then test speed getting full speed and 8 ping
shopee load very slow

i am stuck ip range starting 42.189 
i never get ip range 175.xxx

Shopee site loads very slow & timeout. 

Restart your router until you get 110 IP range
Shopee loads very fast on my side

The 42. ip range is pretty much useless, unifi should just close this range, how can they let other ip ranges be fast and some customers stuck in the slow range when both are paying customers and not the basic lowest plan either.

Slow for international sites and bad high ping for international connections. In the early morning is ok, then it starts becoming like 4000 ping and can't load some pages for the whole day till like after 12am and the early am hours next morning, repeat. Undersea cable, bad routing, who knows? only TM knows and they don't do anything about it. Some times it is okay for a long stretch then it happens again, been like this for years.

It has been a long time problem on and off. Consider changing ISP to TIME, Digi or others since they are usually unaffected. You pay TM every month but get this piss poor connections isn't worth it.

Switch provider. This issue has been on and off since Covid and wfh started

WTA, Mostly unifi user with Public IP will get an IP starting with 42.x.x.x ?

Mine too. In Kajang, Selangor. Never get the 42.* range but other ranges are the same. Images, depending on its CDN, load especially  slowly. I think everyone is having the same problem with Shopee. Maybe that's why it's been so easy to get the 10pm RM50 vouchers.

They only guarantee the local bandwidth.
They already have the base infrastructure ,and should be enough for most subscriber to utilize the bandwidth to local hosted services.
And they didn't expect 99% of users utilize 100% subscribed speed all of the time.

So unless your area/connected OLT got multiple high speed plan user who run at full speed at all time, and someone keep reporting the speed cant run at full speed, they are not going to upgrade the fiber or equipment.

For the routing,as someone here said before,the TM to worldwide bandwidth QoS is prioritize for business/enterprise user or IP Transit services.

So,nowadays VPN is essential for those unifi users who want a stable connection to worldwide server.
