It's April now, and I'm still waiting for the upgrade from 800Mb/s to 1Gb/s.
Perhaps it's time to escalate the matter and raise a ticket with MCMC.

All users with 800Mb/s subscriptions should follow suit. Increasing the number of support tickets for the same issue heightens the probability of MCMC's attention, rather than TM leisurely addressing the matter.

SWU 3.0 300mbps (free upgrade to 500mbps) user here. Last 6 months honeymoon period ended. 7th month bill came in today. RM119 + 6%tax = RM126.15

So I am happy to report that, it's confirmed RM119 for all coming months onwards.

For comrades who also took the same offer last 6 months, no need to worry anymore. No need to bother with those complicated calculation from TM. The correct figure will be reflected in 7th month. Cheers.

I just open a ticket with TM to prioritize the upgrade. The online chat waiting time was almost half day OMG.
Let's see if it works. The agent says free upgrade will be done by this year

Those plan have to be only apply in Tmpoint, not even through agent.

Guys on public ip have you notice some sites are really slow

I not sure whether bcus of public ip or my router config but some sites like imgur load video very slow but i switch to digi mobile data very fast

Shopee also at about 9pm to 12am its very slow and some unifi user also reported this...funny thing is just after 12am its fast again

Like recently i updated a game called genshin and the 9gb was downloaded pretty fast.

Its only some of those less famous site very slowww

It use to be ok but this year thinga really sloww

Yeah i notice this issue high latency issues happening this week the only solutions i use vpn connect to singapore then full blazing speed to Europe

Don’t remember encountering any issues with latency here, 1Gbps, PPPoE uptime around a month now since my last redial on it

Mobile data also private IP. It is the problem with Unifi high latency and routing issue.

First response from TM in MCMC portal regarding my 800Mb/s to 1Gb/s speed upgrade.
Will follow up if there are further updates.

I also tried asking tm but they keep saying my area not yet support but the house beside me is using 1gbps already ( house beside me is not free upgrade ).

report so many times already even give them the ping plotter result and it is still unstable. If u want better routing better go with other isp.

That's just an excuse they've recycled before. When I was waiting for my 2018 Turbo upgrade from 100Mb/s to 800Mb/s, they initially moved me to 500Mb/s and falsely claimed that my area didn't support 800Mb/s—even though my neighbor was already at that speed.

I took action by getting my neighbor to share their UniFi account details, and I filed a complaint with the MCMC to expose TM's dishonesty. Surprisingly, just a few hours after I lodged the complaint, TM upgraded my line to 800Mb/s.

You should consider raising a ticket with the MCMC as well. It could make a difference.

Who they trying to compete? Lol

I just received a call from TM to arrange the installation for my speed upgrade from 800Mb/s to 1Gb/s. They will be coming this weekend. For those who haven't yet received their speed upgrade, I recommend following suit and filing a complaint with MCMC.

I raised a ticket yesterday and already received a call for the upgrade today. How's that for proof that TM takes MCMC tickets seriously?

soonwai I only remember you. Perhaps you could tag other users with 800Mb/s who haven't received their speed upgrade yet.

Utter nonsense. I'm paying RM189 for my 800Mb/s, and I'll be receiving the speed upgrade this weekend.

I am still waiting for my 800M to 1GB speed upgrade too

By the way, I heard some of the people received the speed upgrade but they did not received the new D-Link ONU. Do let us know whether you will received the new ONU or not
