Meh, I'm fine with sticking to 800 Mbps but with a price reduction. I'm not a fan of the CPE situation with the 1 Gbps and 2 Gbps plans.

officemates received TM call yesterday around 4pm+ promoting just +RM10 from 100mbps to 300mbps + new wifi6 router + netflix. as usual, contract renew 24months.

From what current pricing?

Guys, just to share. I requested to get public ip for my 300mbps plan long time ago, and this recently TM has secretly reverted it back to private ip.

Now I am in the progress of demanding them to revert back to the original setup.

mind sharing which number they used to make calls? i haven heard anything from TM for a long long time

300 mbps private ip? I thought only 100 and below get private.

Last year free upgrade for unifi,and those 100mbps was free upgraded to 300mbps,thats why TM uplift the Private IPv4 CGNAT setting for 300mbps.

then switch off BTU+ASUS Router he doing activate his tablet then turn on BTU+ASUS Router
then Speedtest boom 530Mbps hit using my pc desktop Lan Cable

He likes to comment as if he knows all, he has the best setup, he has the best deal of the century, not even the country PM is paying that kind of price for broadband internet.

He likes to keep bragging about his 10 years old AC router just because it has Tri-Band , he keeps on emphasizing how important and how big of an impact in his life that latency saved him.

Where else this forum, most users are working professional who have more things to think off in life and just require a basic minimal setup for daily usage.

Last time got special price for user who migrate from copper to fiber with RM69 with the speed of 30 Mpbs. I am not sure does it still have coz the lowest plan now would be plan RAHMAH with the same price but have criteria to be fulfill. Last time no criteria. As long as you're Streamyx user, then you are eligible once fiber is available at your place

So after hours of waiting, managed to contact the live agent, these are the outcomes

-Live Agent won't know or help you with SWU application
-At least i know mine no longer have any contract with it
-The third part is i asked about the CPE Replacement, but I not guess i have to call to check
