just MNP from Hotlink to CD80 a month ago, then convert to CD One Pro, the bill quite difficult to understand coz got lots of calculation from convert the line, add CD Fibre, pro rate and so on. still waiting for next month (August) bill, where all of that combine together in a CD One Pro bill and wanna see if there still -RM60 (Rebate) will be add on or not.

For CD One Ultra, i think it will be the same like CD One Pro (Rename of Celcom Mega Postpaid) plus 2 Family Plus Plan .

Just maybe, if you have time try request in another Digi store. It is a step backward if they really implement no Esim for Digi prepaid.

1st time request ..got rejected due to bill overdue ..ok ..i pay the monthly fee .
2nd.request port out again ...rejected due to bill overdue ..ok ..i pay extra monthly fee
3Rd request.reject again due to bill overdue ..
wat happen actually ...? pening..

Not true ... I just went to Digi Store this afternoon in Gardens Mall KL and got an e-sim for my secondary line which is prepaid Edisi Kuning, Plan 25.

any direct call number to check bill ?

Meaning must be the particular store practise differently! Wtf! Becos 2 to 3 months back I also got the esim from the same store and now the same store responded this way! Must be individual staff tries to get ppl to sign up postpaid plan instead (maybe they have commission).

I will go to try the other digi store later Becos only two digi stores in my city. If I could manage to get the esim at another store, I will make complaint to mcmc.

Besides, I had been using back digi kuning for few days and I was always outside and I played YouTube all the time. The usage is only 300MB++, I can 100% certain that kuning data runs slower than biru by a lot a lot a lot…

Went to another digi store. Managed to get esim. Nice… luckily still can get esim else it wasted my iPhone’s physical SIM card slot.

For iPhone, it is still the best to keep the physical SIM card for future needs. Now both my SIMs on my iPhone are eSIMs. Nice.

Want to ban the Digi store I went yesterday already.

Celcomdigi kuning is the only prepaid plan with esim option and cheap price rm25 and with enough data to use. That’s the reason why even hotlink has the similar rm25 plan but I chose to switch to Digi. Network wise maxis used to good but in my city it is worse than Digi also. So Digi is good for my usage.

Glad you got your Esim. I also begin to like Esim as not easily for people to throw our sim if ever our phone misplaced.
Clearly someone chasing after sales KPI, hence trying to push ppl sign up for postpaid

yeah. Glad that it is still available. I switched to biru for 2 weeks and switch back. Biru has no esim.

I want to keep my physical slot free for overseas sim if they do not offer esim. Or for next time if another line has no esim also.

Best to keep esim asap.

Good thing digi esim is free even u mobile one charges rm10 for esim replacement.

The person at the digi store was so disgusting that they want the business for postpaid and just simply told lies. No integrity at all. What a disgrace.

Proven that celcomdigi kuning data really runs slower than biru.

I'm on edisi juning , one month got 40gb , I can't even finish using it , I only switch on my data when I go out , I'm having wifi at home ..

Everyone in the Digi store no integrity one , they just want postpaid sales , last time I work in Digi store , I quit my job after I found out the company way of doing business , sim card is free , died die want charge rm 10 from customers and many thing else , now you get sim replacement, you can do it in the machine in Digi store n you have to pay rm 10 😂

Digi store staffs area really good at manipulating or brainwashing customers.... They literally forget about they had prepaid plans instead recommending and forcing customers to get CelcomDigi Postpaid plans also saying getting free phone instead..
Or new type is ask us to open new line number for free phone....

Seriously no kidding. Kuning vs biru the speed of data usage is so much difference. This is my usage from 25 July until now about one week plus my usage. Even the free 10gb I used only this much.

Biru less than 2 weeks the 15gb was used up. I am not kidding that the biru is extremely fast in data running.

Anyone got problem with Celcom app not allowing you to use with developer settings turned on??

I'm looking for phone deals. disappointed to find that there is no phone deals with cheap plan - Postpaid 5G 40 SE (RM40 per month).

is this how it has always been? I don't understand why many people always say they get free phone with their plan, but they all pay a lot for the plan?
