QUOTE(dudester @ Jul 19 2024, 11:26 AM) My Digi postpaid internet has been frustratingly slow last few weeks. Normal. Digi had issues in Bukit Bintang and KLCC area periodically for more than one year. You can check in MyDiGi app under Support > Check Network Status (be sure to fill your location in the DiGi section, as there is a separate map for Celcom).I just ported into DIGi around 6 mths back , quite regret and planning to port out if this carry one. QUOTE(westlife @ Jul 19 2024, 07:28 AM) Celcomdigi biru plan has a biggest flaw which the iMessage could not be activated. Turn off your vowifi and do it again. Damn. No prob with celcomdigi kuning previously. Time to switch back to kuning next month… And celcomdigi biru has no esim rite? Another disadvantage for biru. |

But not sure now still okay or not... |

QUOTE(nexona88 @ Jul 19 2024, 10:10 PM) For KL CBD... I have CelcomDigi Edisi Kuning prepaid as my secondary line. Edisi Kuning is basically Digi. I agree that Celcom and Digi have connection issues in KLCC area quite often. When I switch to Maxis, no issues at all. It's normally Maxis is okay... But as everyone knows... Their plans & offering little expensive then others... Another option is U Mobile... But not sure now still okay or not... Maxis is not really that expensive. Go and check Maxis Hotlink Postpaid. The Maxis Hotlink postpaid has better plans. This is the "red" Maxis. nexona88 liked this post

QUOTE(nexona88 @ Jul 19 2024, 10:10 PM) For KL CBD... Maxis pricing quite competitive if compared to before. Even their lower Hotlink postpaid allow 5g with uncapped speed as compared to Celcom Digi which capped 5g at 100mbps. But of course if you compare with Umobile, Umobile still win in terms of price. It's normally Maxis is okay... But as everyone knows... Their plans & offering little expensive then others... Thanks for the information... Probably because market already saturated... Compared previously... Consumer also very price sensitive.... So maxis nowadays is offering quite competitive plans pricing... đŸ‘Œ |

I have Celcom Fibre 50mpbs (no longer bond by contract) and Digi DS120 postpaid under my name.
I want to merge / consolidate the 2 billings then upgrade to CD OnePro plan with Mobile postpaid and 300 mbps fibre at cheaper overall cost (RM201/mth). So I went to Sunway Pyramid Bluecube and Digi store to enquire how to change plan to CD OnePro. Digi Sales told me terminate Celcom Fibre plan and apply new 300mbps fibre under Digi. After Fibre internet is activated, switch mobile+fibre to OnePro plan. The best part was CD backoffice later called me to switch Celcom Fibre billing to Digi instead. No need to terminate / reapply Fibre which I think make sense too. I was stuck because Bluecube Sales told me unable to switch Celcom fibre billing to Digi because in actual both Celcom and Digi billings still running on different systems. Another option proposed by Bluecube was port out Digi mobile into Celcom. I think this one even more cumbersome because I have 3 sub-lines. Haha.. Any advices from sifu-sifu here? |

Regretted to port to celcomdigi biru plan.
1) iMessage and FaceTime not working - completely cannot activate them. No such issue when I was on hotlink and celcom digi kuning plans. 2) no esim. From the website faq, it stated that esim is only for postpaid. Not sure how true is it. But kuning one has esim option for sure. 3) lower data quota - for the same price, kuning has 30GB + 10gb high speed data and biru only has 15gb only. While I was on kuning my usage is low at less than 5gb used after 30 days with kuning. I activated my biru rm25 plan on 14 July. My data left with less than 5gb now only less than 9 days of usage. While one may argues that the usage pattern may vary each month. However, with less than 9 days I already left less than 5gb, while my usage pattern is still similar as before, it is questionable if data usage ran faster on biru. Nevertheless my guess is that my data may use up this week then this sat I will go to switch back to kuning instead. |

QUOTE(westlife @ Jul 22 2024, 11:38 AM) Regretted to port to celcomdigi biru plan. Do you have that annoying voicemail notification with Kuning? I recently switched to DiGi and am very annoyed with the constant voicemail notification on the phone app. Checked on Lowyat and it says that the issue has been going on since few years back. Need to go through complicated process with customer service to get rid of it. I end up changing to biru. For my usage, RM39 package is more than enough. Indoor coverage for me also not bad. U can use request to terminate the voicemail on the website contact them page. No issue for both on the voicemail since both terminated. Rm39 plan for the same data I just need to pay rm25 for kuning only. |

Unless you are using an iPhone without Esim support then have to try get them to reset voicemail. |

But I am from PJ (around Sek 13 area).I just ported into DIGi around 6 mths back , quite regret and planning to port out if this carry one. And my location is at heart of KL City center Bukit Bintang area. Is this happening to anyone else? I already reported to Digi this morning. It's been a week that I am getting 5G which is SLOWER than the 4G! How slow you may ask? It's now less than 10mbps!!! Do you know the best route to report this to MCMC? I have a feeling that Digi will NOT take action because it only happens to certain areas. Worst case, I will switch to Maxis just for them to lose a loyal customer.
