But they will call to confirm your switching.
If no call or confirmation, other telco can't switch also.

Then the switching will be forfeit and you remain same as usual.

Complain to mcmc if they dont allow to switch. Lol. They can call, but then they will probably not gonna retain. It depends how much you spend monthly. Actually.

Yes, but in this Samsung Debug or Network Signal Guru both of them shows the individual band details, not the total sum of bandwidth.
All network related tools including NetMonster and Cellmapper also display individual bandwidth instead of total iinm

OK, it doesn't make a lot of sense ULCA. should just indicate the total bw. single bw is 20. they can show on the separate row. which they did. so on ULCA row. they repeat the same 20 again. which is misleading.

I'm not sure "the person" who called me before already

But that's my experience to share cause i'm from Digi Postpaid to Digi Prepaid using this method.

1) go to Maxis and request to switch to Hotlink Postpaid
2) Digi called me and offer me better Postpaid but i said i want prepaid and they allow

Just tried my luck, still asked me to go to centre for convert to Prepaid (need to pay RM30 for contract termination)....

Because 5G is shared by 5 telco (4 if the area has UMULTRA) and it does not have any meaningful reference on this as CelcomDigi cannot decide what feature they want to enable for 5G, everything managed by DNB
Somehow CelcomDigi 4G perform way better than DNB 5G, again because of DNB 5G sharing with 5 telcos and having severe congestion

But for their own 4G yes, and I think very recently they only enable UL_CA for their 4G.

I see, your point make sense, i have been using UM all along for data, the speed between 5g and 4g in DL are day and night. Too bad the UM 4G is crawling. I dont think i would ever wanna go back to 4G. Lol.

anyone else failing to perform the basic prepaid topup on the new CelcomDigi app? I had to reinstall the old Digi app to topup (which went smoothly)

0163331111 is basically telling us to contact their CS via WhatsApp but still nobody is available on WhatsApp chat.

How to reach a human CS? I called Celcom CS is also the same, redirected to use WhatsApp.

Did you in the 1st place check whether your plan is under contract 🤦‍♀️ if it is not complain to MCMC and port out

Contract termination fee is illegal because if you terminate you have to only the contract remaining value plus 8% SST anything else it is illegal
