DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd prepaid is working good

Reloaded RM30 and got free 1GB and validity extended by one month.

Received call from CelcomDigi to offer me "upgrade" plan

My current plan: Digi Postpaid 40 2021 with 50GB without speed cap

Their offer new CelcomDigi 5G Plan:
1) RM60 with RM20 off
2) 1 year contract
3) 70GB 4G/5G quota
4) 5G Speed essential capped 100mbps

For me, it's a downgrade which i don't like the point no.4

Reject for this "upgrade"

The speed cap is rubbish. Digi Edisi Kuning prepaid and Maxis postpaid and Hotlink have better deals than CelcomDigi postpaid.

Hence, i reject the offer and stays on my old plan

Adeh try to port to Hotlink postpaid 45 (6 months RM 10 rebate) then counter offer by digicelcom for RM 35 basic package 30 GB 5G/4G + unlimited calls

appears in BOS few month ago , now still here , unknown why .

Test at difference states , 5G test speed is ok , 4G/LTE test speed is low as below test picture.
Current brought the kuning plan RM 25 ( 30GB + extra 10GB ) , valid 30 days . i use not more than 6 GB in passed 20 days
Wish could have something like RM 10 (10GB ) + hotspot 2 GB , valid 30 days in future , this is better plan for me .

No data / internet connection for 2 days and almost impossible to reach their "technical" team. Days before that, the line was super slow too. Is it time to change telco?

Update: I've ported out to other telco. The god awful customer service and no data for 3 days straight are unacceptable. Spent hours calling them for days and they kept repeating the process with no case reference no. given. Wasted time going on loop.

Stupid Kuning,occasionally don't have 5G access.
Is this normal, I just ported in early of this month.

Now my son next to me using Unifi Mobile got 5G but Kuning left with 4G since this morning.

Hi just today I converted Postpaid to prepaid Edisi kuning. I got all the offer. What's that unlimited 5G in data usage? Also does 5G speed tier really sense? When did speed test always getting 400mbps above on 5G so Speed tier is applicable for heavy file download??

speed tier on 5g only for reference. not really enforced as of time being

If speed tier not enforced I wonder why need to advertise it 🤔 maybe after certain period they will enforce.

I’m on the Postpaid SE60 and able to get 400mbps+ speeds.

Maybe mislead consumers to pay higher price for higher speed

Curious when I'm using Digi Postpaid 2021 plan in cellmapper it's showed connected to Digi tower but after changed to 2 lines for Postpaid and Prepaid Kuning now it's showing as it's connected to Celcom tower. Does new plans are forcedly connected to Celcom or just they new plan from Celcom...

The merged network has the main broadcast as Celcom and second broadcast as Digi. If yr area not merged yet such as Puchong, you will get back to Digi as the main and only broadcast
