No data / internet connection for 2 days and almost impossible to reach their "technical" team. Days before that, the line was super slow too. Is it time to change telco?

Update: I've ported out to other telco. The god awful customer service and no data for 3 days straight are unacceptable. Spent hours calling them for days and they kept repeating the process with no case reference no. given. Wasted time going on loop.
