Are you sure if you change to the new CelcomDigi (Digi) plan, you will be on 12 months contract? Then why the new walk-in customer signing up for new CelcomDigi (Digi) plans have no contract? If that's the case, can port out to another Telco and then port in again to Digi as new customer?

if you opt in for celcomdigi 40/50 SE, those legacy plan under digi postpaid40/60 those day, so you will get 12 month contract if you want to get extra data. If you stay on old plan, you need to activate 5g each month, where Digi refused to do so.

i was once kena by their undisclosed term, where i sign up for value added service - not for device, not for plan, but i was told i was on contract, if i am to UPGRADE my postpaid plan, i will have to bear the penalty, but in their terms of value added service, only say penalty when customer terminate the service or downgraded the plan.

after complain to MCMC, Digi insisted they are right! this is riduculous and unfair, no transparency, as when i went to branches, they told me this is how they interpret, despite the black and white from digi website.

If people want to port out from Digi seems difficult I would say that's particularly if we had family line.
Need to sign up Prepaid wait for 1 month then go other telco to register port in wait for 3 days..... if cancel need repeat whole process again. Just a jerk management CelcomDigi

Staffs another level no more kindness from them just forcing customers to sign up plans giving rebate extra data with slap contract.. If their network is superior why need slap contract to lock your customers?? Or recommend some random shit smartphone which is not your money slap contract for 24 months if free.I asked to please explain about this plans and contract he simply replied that you seen in website right just check there.!!!

Digi become stupid after Celcom marriage. MCMC doesn't care this anymore reported many times still MCMC favor to them. Better stuck with old plan with renew stupid 5G everymonth or just port out from this garbage

My friend was on Celcom Mega 98 plan previously and he want to lower down his postpaid bill, so I recommended him CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 40 SE, and I wrote in a piece of small paper, change to CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 40SE without contract, and he bring it to BlueCube Sri Gombak, everything done within the request, no contract and no extra 20GB per month, and he was happy with the 40GB data with 5G as his previous plan has no 5G access.

this is what i do, stick to the old plan; for when i asked details, digi said when you on 5g, you need more data; i said,if your network is good, when we need, we will buy extra, but NOT to force us to buy something we dont need.

as for me,the line in office is horrible, OTP lapse, call drop, call miss, cannot hear, bising one year plus, and in KL prime area, near KLCC, still told me forever that will plan.
and best part is i am in highrise office block, digi said, indoor no good coverage, but you can get full 4g/5g if you in ground floor, so case closed.

My Hotlink Pantas has this RM25. Doesn't seem as good. Perhaps it has uncapped 5G but that's not important for me.

Maybe there's a better RM25 plan?

he said after june woh?

i had used hotlink until early this year this year only changed to celcomdigi kuning rm25... so far i have not seen any pass on hotlink prepaid that can beat this... 30GB data (4G/5G) and 6GB hotspot with unlimited calls. so far no prepaid plan can beat this...

not to mention that now still have extra 24gb hotspot + free 10GB until june...

anyway.. if there is really better hotlink prepaid is out, i can always port back to hotlink too...

but until then, celcomdigi kuning rm25 is the best so far... tongue.gif

Hi, want to confirm, does it means Edisi Kuning perks are only till end of June? I thought whoever subscribed before n continue with the plan will still get the perks as the site say:
"Tawaran Pengenalan:
Daftar sebelum 30 Jun untuk nikmati Internet 10GB dan 5X Hotspot ekstra".

yes until 30 June only...

after that will become 30GB for rm25...

to be fair, it is enough for me actually.

i still have 25.48GB free to use for the next 10 days...
i am on 30GB + 10GB (free, limited time) now...
