Yesterday i registered interest on the new CelcomDigi 260 postpaid 5G and they called me.

Today got one person (+6019-828-2995) whatsapp me and wanna get my Bil for unifi.

Should i give or screenshot will do, hmm

That guy also no follow up with me afterward =.= what the..

Response him within few hours later also no cakap anything later.

Did you provide your unifi or other ISP previous bill ?

Plan go china travel and probably will opt for the roaming plan also

Received call from CelcomDigi to offer me "upgrade" plan

My current plan: Digi Postpaid 40 2021 with 50GB without speed cap

Their offer new CelcomDigi 5G Plan:
1) RM60 with RM20 off
2) 1 year contract
3) 70GB 4G/5G quota
4) 5G Speed essential capped 100mbps

For me, it's a downgrade which i don't like the point no.4

Reject for this "upgrade"

Hence, i reject the offer and stays on my old plan

Is it possible to request waiver for Digi Roaming charge?

I have a 7 day pass which ended on 13th October 2024 (23:59) but i forgot to turn off roaming data in my mobile data until 14th October 2024 (00:02) cause i was in the immigration checking that time.

Last night bill out and RM39 charged for 14th October 2024 :\
during that 2 minutes also not much data process which less than 100kb

What is this eh ?

still using 2021 Digi 40 plan now which doesn't have the restriction of CelcomDigi essential speed cap thing

But today download speed macam capped o.O ?
Wan download 10Gb things but slow like snail even with 5G

Speed test right now inside building only gimme 50+ mbps

So the family line all under same main user name ?

If i convert my prepaid to Postpaid Family Plan under my family (CelcomDigi One Pro), what will happen to my remaining prepaid credit?

Nuu~ Lucky left RM15 inside, reload RM10 and sustain another month

Then need to wait until "expired" only convert then ,lol ..

If condition Like ur family member (family Plus line) take device and the bill is separated or also under same account as yours?

Was given 2 months already actually.

This is my 3rd month since switched from postpaid to prepaid.

Owh, ok.

Guess maybe need visit CelcomDigi for more clarification first.
