for me, i dont think they dare to take this move .... it will badly affect their revenue ... from Rm149 to RM89 ....almost 40% reduction in price ...

I have opposite problem. Download quite ok fast but upload slow as hell. Private tracker. Susah to maintain my ul/dl ratio.  Yours public or private?
