Stuck with 800mbps + unifi tv….. no other option for very long till SWU came….

Eventually will say xxx ISP didn't sign the agreement and price reduction under MSAP will be delayed again.

Also, I see Asstroke actively promote their internet bundle package for the past 9 months, perhaps to get more subscribers and get cheaper price under MSAP.

Just got back from TmPoint Taiping. Asked the staff that handled my previous Unifi installation before. They only offer SWU3.0 to people who want to port out from Unifi. They not even promote it actually, but since I asked (based from the info in this group), they need to provide the service lor.

Yup, they push to buy the Unifi Mobile Postpaid RM39 one to proceed with the order. They say 'just use one week, then cancel lor'. Lazy to fight words with them, just accept. Installation appointment is on this Saturday. Can't wait...

And it is a "upgrade speed" for current plans, so even it is really got lower price, I guess, if u wanna that new "low" price of 30/50M plans, sure asking you to resign for another 2 years.
It might also just last 2 years, just like B40 plan...

My mom wanna watch unifi tv, so my home package is 100mbps with RM30 aneka.

I checked Unifi website, their current package EVEN MORE expensive, what the hell? haha

Cannot lower price meh? I long time customer already, almost 10 years.

TM is just dragging our feet, got cheaper cost but charge the same since March.

Every month we need to pay extra rm100 to unifi for no reason.

Imagine the extra revenue generated just by delaying 6 months.

1 user is 100/month x 6 = 600 ringgit for just waiting

Let’s say 1,000,000 user paying this extra, they have 600,000,000.

They earned 600m extra by delaying and delaying.

And there goes our hard earned money.
