Need to wait another 2 years before jumping to the new plan. Unless they make turbo upgrade to all customers, then everyone can enjoy.

300Mbps below 100 is a great deal. Just hope they can supply the rated speed when everybody get upgraded.

So what is the clock counter now? October? Or next year? 😄

Traffic congestion? Try do speed test at midnight or 3.am something. This is my worries when the prices go down.

How do they know they got permanent 500Mbps? What plan is that? SWU4.0?

If Fahmi or TM CEO reading this thread, please don't forget the SWU1.0 and SWU2.0 users. We are paying RM129 per month, no free mesh and still at 300Mbps.

Not asking much, 800Mbps free upgrade is fine.. 😁

I renew to SWU2.0 on May this year becoz that time Maxis has stop giving 6 months free bills for new transfer. I expect Unifi also will react by stop giving free bills to those with new transfer ID. Also there are no good update from MSAP that time. Better i grab the 6 months free bill before it gone. Who knows 2 months later come SWU3.0 with much better offer. My bad. Now stucked at 129 for another 1.5 years. 😁

They should be, but don't know when and how. So far these offers are for those already end of contract (or nearly end) and walk in to TM to extend another 2 years.

At the new pricing, Public IP might only be given to the "premium" 1Gbps & 2 Gbps plan. And really hope their network are ready for the surge in bandwidth usage.

With the latest price updates on every provider, TM must prepare SWU4.0 for those planning to migrate somewhere else..

Asking those with 1Gbps / 2Gbps plan. What is the real speed you can achieve on gigabit ethernet (1Gbps) PC / laptop port? Can maxed out 1Gbps?

TM playing smart. Will bound to 2 years contract for new equipment and cannot reject the speed upgrade.

Since we have 2 camps of SWU3.0 300Mbps with different notification:

1 : get notification already upgraded
2 : get notification eligible for upgrade

Can you check your current itemised billing whether you are on

1. unifi advance 300Mbps
Or
2. unifi pro 500Mbps

I believe the notification will refer to this itemised item instead of the plan title.

Yes they give option to buy. It is RM188 if i'm not mistaken as somebody mentioned before. But still need to pay something to them. And cannot choose what type of router.
