I saw a group of Papio around Kajang road towards Lekas , they're definitely cute and fun. But not meant for highway speed lol

Looks cool. But not very comfortable to ride. Combination of the ergo and small 12" wheels make it a choppy ride tough on the wrist.

Otherwise, it's a cute little bike.

Yep. It's quite lightweight and ventilated....good for daily use....although the included armour is pretty crap. It's good as long and you have better armour at hand.

My only complaint is that it doesn't have belt loops and zipper to zip up to pants.

ive got the Komine JK-137 Carbon Mesh Protect jacket...real nice jacket but 3 things i dont really like.

1/ although the mesh looks about the same as my old RS Taichi jacket.. its quite abit warmer than my RS Taichi jacket. especially behind a big windscreen on my versys.

2/ the v-shaped opening at the neck... wish there was a velcro strap there like my RS Taichi jacket instead of the button strap at the upper side of the zipper. ive been pelted with pieces of sand and small rocks there before when following behind other bikes and goddamn it hurts.

3/ recently discovered that for some reason the collar chafes my neck by the 2nd or 3rd day of the ride..letak dettol damn stim. didnt happen on my RS Taichi or IZ2 jackets though. had to wear extra buff on the neck to stop it hurting. have also bought turtle neck compression wear coz of this.

I had the Komine JK-142 jacket and loved the mesh and the amount of windflow until I crashed in it. I still have the armours and was hoping to see if they can be reused in another Komine jacket

Komine got but i bought 3rd party ones from Lazada (Brand Lyschy but in actual is Safe Tech)

I tested it with a mallet and knocking against corners and hard surfaces it seems to work fine for me.
Downside is its a lot heavier now due to thick material layer.

*Here what I bought

https://safe-tech.it/prodotti/back-en/851-002y/
https://safe-tech.it/prodotti/knee-en/432-002y/
https://safe-tech.it/prodotti/knee-en/535-002y-2/

You can get full set or separate also just choose the parts you want.

Mine? Dun think so, but I mink-oiled them anyway so they're much darker & whatever blemishes are covered over.

sent it back and exchanged for a new pair with no spots.
this one looks much better with no blemish.  rclxms.gif

i've tried redwings leather cream on these boot. too light.
then put on shoe cream (neutral color) on it. a bit darker.
i still have tinted shoe cream light brown that i'm gonna try next.
and last that i'll try on these is mink oil since that will darken the leather pretty substantially.

1 2 2 2
ankle high
superior abrasion resistance
superior impact cut
superior transverse rigidity

not bad for a 200+ shoes eh  brows.gif

Guys, any reviews regarding these Held shoes?

Currently looking for a pair of boots from also the same brand here, for touring purposes:

https://my.shp.ee/iPaHFof

But the price is in the too cheap to be good zone.. hmm.gif

And strangely enough all the shoes sold by this same seller are a lot cheaper than even China gears like Benkias/Arcx

If anyone looking for raincoat, I can say Givi CRS02 works great for me so far.
Every evening that is raining here in KL, Givi raincoat keeps my shirts dry.
No dripping through the wrist and neck also.

Benkia also makes surprisingly good rain gear. They have 2 types, basic and premium...the main difference is the premium has has a vent on the back. The pant is the same for both. I particularly like the pant design, where the crotch section is one gusseted piece instead of a centre seam .... (Where more failure starts)

I've had mine for 3 years. Still never leaked in the heaviest of rain And they have it in bright yellow. I can't brain black raincoats at all.

They are not cheap for a china brand, going for between 170 and 200 a set on sale. Can get from serdang motorcycle. Go test sizing and buy from shopee on promo or sale, usually on double digit sales.

I think this is the updated model from what I have.

hey bro.. just wanted to check difference of half mesh (JK1463) vs full mesh (JK146) riding jackets.. in terms of airflow, full mesh should be better than half mesh ri8 ?
I am currently looking to get a riding jacket for daily use.. biggrin.gif
