Is it okay to change gear (D/S/L) while pressing the accelerator? How about the steermatic?

- cant comment on the wind noise tho coz b4 this i was driving daily a charade espree > kancil > kelisa, then city... when i drove the ct for the 1st time i was like.. omg.. so quiet one... but yea, when u reach abt 120 i hear heavy wind noise, but at 90.. hmm.. maybe its not air.. maybe your tyre bearings are out..?

-i presume ure kelisa is also auto? imho.. its because of the weight of the CT compared to the kelisa, weight to engine ratio maybe smaller for the kelisa to the CT.. thats why motorbikes zoom faster at traffic lites also rite? anyways there is a way where you can out-accelerate your city way past even a manual car at a stop go situation (i.e traffic lites etc).  when your at a full stop, go in s-mode, then turn on the 7-speed and shift down to put in manual mode, i.e gear 1. after trafic lite is green, push the pedal until acc to 5.5kRPMS and disengage 7speed mode to enter S-mode. the high rev of the 1st gear will get you moving real fast. Take note that you must disengage the 7speed before it reaches the redline at 5.8kRPMs, if u dont the 1st gear will go in to 2nd and you loose momentum. If you do it right, you will maintain the 5kRPM, and you feel a boost like nos ().. seriously ive tried it plenty of times.. and its damn great 

-This one i have to agree.. the door seems a little rough.. you need quite some force to shut it..  the proton neo has a nice door closing feeling.. far better than the CT.

start from 90 km/h you can listen to the wind noise edi. not loud, but very soft noise.
the engine is quite, this is damn good.
but the wind noise is very significant once above 100km/h

yes, the kelisa is an auto. i can feel the power once i step on the accelerator.
for city, have to change to S in order to feel the ommphhh
i don't really play with the gear, i bought mine 2nd hand. warranty until next year Feb.
gearbox rosak then i can sell the car edi
so, have to be gentle with it and not simply abuse it if not provoked
lol.. first car is the problematic toyota corolla.. after sell that toyota, then bought iswara. iswara had serve me well for 13 years. then buy kelisa, then sell iswara for city

U be careful dude.. i only try the 'stop-go' boost when the road is clear (i.e no imminent traffic ahead). the CT WILL REALLY accelerate very fast if you use the method i told b4. Be safe ok!

My ct vtec alrady at SC yesterday! gray colour, got dis 1.5k and v-kool 1.5k (so just like no discount but free v-kool) bought from klang. Taking car next week. Just want to ask where got good car detailing shop and good sc at klang area? I'm not klang people (from Melaka) now working at klang.

Which SC you go at klang? bukit raja 1 or klang 1?
The vkool is elite? You put yourself or come with the car, but you pay the SA?

Go ahead dude, Try..    but for the 1st time b4 you get used to the technique, better do it on empty roads ok? safety first  really shiioookk wooo!   

But better practice 1st, coz quite hard to prcisely release the 7speed at 5.5K RPM as you hv to keep youre eye on the road and also your meter at the same time...

Mine is of idsi wooorr... 

i think the vtec accel a bit slower coz the i-dsi engine has max torque at low RPM (2.7K RPM?).. so it accelerates a little faster, but lacks top speed like the vtec.... when the vtec hits 100++km/h youre in another dimension 

at bukit raja, vkool elite pay the SA. at 1st just got 1k dis after bagain just able to get 1.5k,
some 1 can get 2.5k dis and free vkool at p pinang just wander why so much different!

Hmm, yeah it'll be hard to keep an eye on both Hmm.. I always see ppl post v-tec kicks in at high rpm, what does the kicks in mean? A sudden power increase?
