i have a honda city at my home here. but dunno from which generation. it is a 1984 2 doors honda city.

How the alarm work? This morning still ok, jus now try to lock it.. normally got a sound "beep Beep" now no more already. Wad happen is becoz b4 tat i put the key inside the car, then few minit i cant start the engine coz the alarm thing, so i press n hold the alarm button and then start as normal.. Now back home found tat the alarm no more "beep beep" sound after lock.. How ah?

Ok problem solve after a few try simply press and it work.

In case can some1 explain how the alarm system work actually? In wad situation the car cant start engine n need to press the "A" alarm button? Thanks

Work liao thn must buy own car loo. Frankly speaking, if u ask me buy proton car..such as persona, i rather top up abit in the installment/settle the loan in 7 to 9 yrs and buy a nice n better quality ride like city. Proton???

If exclude riding and tumpang-ing on a proton, The 1st and last time my family owned a proton was back in 1990s when the SAGA was.. how should I put this, a masterpiece (compared to other cars at that range that is) .. then may dad bought hondas alllll the way

so I had a strong essence of belief in honda cars 'goodness' since the early 90s

This again I would like to second.. we tend to get deviated when we buy 'branded' cars and most of the time dismiss some quality issues in our Hondas/toyotas etc.. the fact is their QC is no much better as proton's 'tak-kesah' attitude even when considering they go by for example toyota 'the toyota way' standard..

Malaysian ppl easily get blinded by brands.. imho thats the secret behind honda's and toyota's success in the SEA region.. imho.. just slap on a brand.. ppl will buy in droves

..thats why im still driving a honda even that i know this.. im blinded by the H
