Wanted to ask, all Streamyx migration to the Unifi Fiber mandates a new contract of 2 years?

Unifi Team said generally the IP address given under 30mbps don't have non-cgnat IP but we can request to it post-installation. This adhoc change trustable?

Transfer to other service provider if don't want 2 years contract.

Mine no contract, RM69 Perpertual, retained old tel# BUT was charged RM66 for "Alat tidak dikembalikan" for the TM phone, filed a complaint and waiting for the resolution.

They didn't ask the phone back from you? how you get confirmation that it's perpetual and contractless? They have you a handout statement like Bank Loan contract with the TnC everything? Coz it seems they just mentioned it by word on phone and text message we not sure how to get the confirmation officially and non arbitrary way.

No, never asked, I only realised when received the bill. The phone number is still in use, I was not terminated the phone service, but migrated/upgraded from DEL to Unifi VOBB.
Worst case i would just return the phone to get refund and buy phone from Shopee, RM66 can get a much decent phone than those corded phone provided by TM.
I callled 100 to confirm and further lviechat with customer service and screenshot the confirmation, both confirmed no contract and RM69 perpetual, it was under RRB MTU Campaign No Contract, Unifi 30Mbps -Exclusive Promo RM69 (Perpetual)

Did they call you for the campaign? I was called to upgrade to unifi 30Mbps without contract and perpetual but there was no call from technician at all to come and install after that. Also, can I know what is RRB MTU? Thanks

Yes, but I didnt confirm on the spot, afraid it was a scam, but later I call back the number, it couldn't get through, so I call 100 instead and they comfirm it was not a scam.
Sorry, I have no idea what RRB MTU meant, must be thier campaign code.
You call 100, then press 4 to ask for the upgrade.

That weird, as far as I know all streamyx users who migrate to Unifi 30Mbps will be given a Unifi 30Mbps Exclusive Promo plan - RM 69 for 12 months only.

How do you apply to change from your current 300mbps non SWU package to 300mbps SWU package? Mine is RM159 with 300mbps+mesh plan.

I know you need to wait until your contract expired or send request to change to other provider to get that SWU package but does anyone with the same package as me manage to change to 300mbps SWU package?

mine also got this issue before, coz i upgrade from streamyx to unifi 100mbps rm129, also being charged 'ALAT TIDAK DIKEMBALIKAN' RM 69.90(coz i was given the normal phone , not cordless 1) on my last streamyx bill, i go return the phone then logged report for refund, luckly i managed take back the refund by contra to my unifi account

Is the Hypptv set top box (white box) device account block? I just gave my new unused box to my cousin. He is able to login with his account but when launch the app it shows blank screen. I try to Google around, found that the new unifi plus box also have this blank screen issue. Any idea how to solve it?

i think old box need to connect to vlan600(?), then only will work. cannot use general internet (supplied by vlan500)

White box only works with VLAN600 on a LAN cable

No wifi

Even you managed to configure your wifi to broadcast VLAN600 it would be awful
