Surely will not get it. I though the same thing and tried asking the price for retaining 500mbs speed after the 30 days free speed upgrade, and they only offered normal price which is 200++. My current plan is 300mbps+mesh for RM159 and surely not worth it to upgrade to 500mbps with that price.

Lol my advise don't upgrade since TM will take this opportunity to phase out customer with "Super Value YEP 2019" batch package like mine 500mbps/aneka/free call for RM159 only. Not even tempted with their 30days 800mbps free upgrade last month since 500mbps is more than enough for my household.

That's why I said don't upgrade since TM will NEVER offer you few ringgit addition to get that 800mbps. This 30 days free upgrade is actually a trap to make you upgrade your speed with their nonsense price (RM299+). doh.gif

BTW, if you currently with ultimate package and not actually watching the TV, you can call TM to downgrade to aneka pack. This can further save you for RM30. This is what I did previously.

I agree on this. Last time got one guy wrongly entered my phone number when he register for unifi. after that I keep on getting message related to his account such as internet down, monthly bill and even when that guy paid his bill. I already report numerous time but still not solved even though this is not even my problem.

So called biggest telecommunication company in Malaysia, what a joke.

How do you apply to change from your current 300mbps non SWU package to 300mbps SWU package? Mine is RM159 with 300mbps+mesh plan.

I know you need to wait until your contract expired or send request to change to other provider to get that SWU package but does anyone with the same package as me manage to change to 300mbps SWU package?

I got the same message. weird. Currently I'm on 300mbps speed + M4 mesh for RM159. Dunno why I got this offer. I think they mistakenly send it to me.

Got call from TM just now to follow up from the offer I got previously through WhatsApp. Currently I'm on 300mbps (internet only)+ Mesh M4 plan costing RM159. So, they are offering me with same speed plan for RM169 with 6 month free upgrade to 500mbps, 1 month waiver on new bill, aneka pack with unifi plus box, new wifi 6 router, free streaming app - VIU, 24 month free of disney+ Hotstar.

I accept the offer since there is no way for me to get the SWU plan since I just upgrade my speed November last year. is this offer good enough? btw, TM want to offer me at RM159 but since my plan price already RM159 so, they offered at RM169 instead.

I got the offer through whatsapp (as per attached) and I reply interested at the bottom of the message. I've done nothing to trigger it.

Btw for me on RM159+mesh deco with no hope on SWU, the offer is quite good since normally you will only get 6 month Disney+Hotstar and no new wifi 6 router. and with only +RM10 more, I can get aneka pack+Unifi Plus Box for free.

Btw, you can try login your account through unifi website and then go to view service page and click change my plan and there you can find the extraordinary plan of 300mbps for RM169 which is the same package I'm getting but they only offer 6 month of disney hotstar and no mention on getting new wifi 6 router.

Yea they offer other plan which is plus another 10 ringgit since they cannot offer me the one as per whatsapp since the offered price is the same as my current plan price.

you can call sales team and try asking to get that 24 month of disney hostar if you want to opt for the extraordinary plan and I think you can get it if you ask them.

BTW, currently my mobile phone number already registered with Disney Hotstar plan with astro. Can I use other phone number to register the 24month that I got for disney hotstar later on?

Then it is the same case like me since my plan also "unifi 300Mbps - Speed Upgrade (Broadband + MESH M4)".

I faced this issue previously when upgrading to 300mbps in which in live chat they offered me 300mbps plan for RM139 which I agreed and suddenly got call after 15 days that said I'm not entitled for it and later said package no longer available.

sometimes sales team package offering also not consistent with the system authorization. They just offered without knowing whether we entitled or not.

My report on 19.9 got closed just now. Called the sales team, he also don't now why and advised to wait tomorrow and if still no feedback, just called them again to reapply the plan. What a complete waste of time.

Stupid sales staff if you ask me. what is the point of applying again if he don't know the exact reason on why my previous order got cancelled since it will probably be cancel again.
