the reason why you must go tm point is like that

if you just call cs only, tm assume you WILL still with TM for long time, tm will milk you as long as you with them, so they will not offer something like SWU

if you dare to go tm point AFTER contract expires, tm will assume you will move out to another provider. After all, you still MUST go to tm point to submit transfer request shall you really want to move out

this is why they preemptively give you SWU offer once you AT tm point, even for first time

Mine was still under 1 year++ contract, but succesfully change to swu 129 at tm point kuantan

SWU is only offered at TM Point. You won't get it online.

Drop by frequently at tmpoint, call, threaten them wanna terminate unifi etc2 . Took me quite a while. Only need internet line. So got it hehe.

I saw on youtube asyraf jeffri channel said the tricks to get upgrade to 300mbps for rm129. i tried that trick, works for me. just register to maxis/digi online, deal through whatsapp. once got the order number, dont do anything. tm will call make offer for this SWU package.

btw, I'm still in contract, from Sep21.

for my case, CS ask me use mesh wifi or not. i said no since apartment so small no need mesh, then she offer rm129 for 300mbps

It may work for some, but not everytime. If TM want to be mean to you, they can choose not to offer anything but impose penalty for termination within contract.
