The best "supplement" of all, clean carbs and lots of chicken breast, lean beef, eggs, milk, fish!
without these staples, the best supplement can only do so much...

yea..the calorie is a tad too high..so, that's why i take only 1 scoop b4 n 1 scoop after with juz plain water, not milk..btw, reason i choose muscle milk is because of its fat burning effect..my bf% isnt going down wit juz my fatburners but it seems adding muscle milk to the diet did help..

Anyone taking Animal Flex ?

What's the best price that you all are getting now?

Went to Egonutritions today, it seems that no more 20% discount for Animal Flex although stated the promotion is until 31/10/07. The discount was for old stocks, new stocks doesn't have discount =(

Just decided to switch recently after seeing Animal Flex's nutrition facts.

Maybe it's not the nutrition... maybe it's your training.
maybe your arms are too strong, that's why it's taking the load everytime u bench instead of your chest.

you can opt for wider grip when benching...
or can you try this...

Green area generally requires more tricep strength to push and blue area requires more chest power.
So you're going to do this, lower down the barbell fully until it touches your chest, the push it halfway up till the top of the blue line,
lower it down again, and push it back up fully till the top of the green line. That is 1 rep.

by doing this, you're putting more load on your chest and ur dominant muscle (arms) won't be able to take the load off the weaker muscle (ur chest).
Also, don't forget to include dumbbell pullovers as one of your chest exercises.
