lol, bro, if u wanna look good, you have to sacrifice la weh! u know what? i eat all boiled and steamed stuffs only nowadays. boiled vege. steamed fish. steamed taufu. i miss rice.

Just got my stash of CN whey protein from Martha & Vince. Haven't tasted it yet but I just noticed that not all flavours have 26g of protein. Only Cookies & Cream and Tropical Sunrise have 26g, while the rest is 23g.

normally it's got milky taste... if you buy powdered milk also u tambah air only lah... btw, tambah air and tambah milk has different purpose. |
