Here, lemme list down mine first.. then mebbe post up the pic laters.

1. ONs 100% Whey Protein Gold Standard
2. Unievrsal Nutrition Micronized Creatine Monohydrate
3. BSN Syntha-6
4. Centrum Multivitamin
5. Bio-Life Salmon Oil
6. Higher Power CLA
7. 4Ever Fit L-GLutamine
8. Nutrex Vitargo CGL
9. Nutrex Lipo-6 (when i'm cutting - currently not on it)
10. BSN True Mass (taken when i can't eat breakfast and rushing out)
11. GNC Triflex - Glucosamine, Chondrotin and MRM

Okay, i know this is a long list. but some of them are testing only.. to see how it works out for me. Only purchased once and gonna finish soon.
The L-glutamine does nothing for me... so when i finish this tub, i'm not buying anymore.
Vitargo CGL is working great but still abit too pricey.
I bought one tub of True Mass when i was desperate to gain weight. after altering my diet, didn't even take this also managed to put on 8kgs. so i only minum this when i need a quick carb/protein serving.

The CLA is really interesting. but since i'm bulking. can't really see the results. CLA results shd be easier to see when cutting.

The rest of the stuff is quite standard, and i'm sue u guys taking also.

Ahahaha, i figured i better stop testing.. cos if it works, i might wanna buy it all the time and its gonna cost a bigger bomb on my monthly expenses... so i've decided to chill on most of it...

now i just use higher power CLA. same quality and cheapest among the 3 bottles there.

my recovery and immune systems feels the same b4 and after taking L-glutamine...


Synzo, Cutting is a phase a weightlifter goes through to remove fats that have been accumulated in a prior bulking stage.

still one more cycle of hst for cutting.

did Hiit by sprinting just now... no pain on knees tho.

seems that sprinting is fine.. just squatting cannot...

Can cut straight if you ald have the muscles before that. otherwise, you;ll look like this:

so if you want to look like nick auger, you'll need to have moderately high muscles, and low bodyfat.

if newbie, you can go for Mark Ripptoe 3x5 training programme first.
its in the pinned bodybuilding and str thread on the main H&F page.
That one is a great starter programme.

Not very tall. 5'5"
In my avatar my weight was only 61kg. now at 69kg not as lean.

I dunno if this is true, from my own experience, these liquid capsule stuff need to finish once open. i left my lipo-6 caps sitting around when i switched to bulking and the liquid in the capsule seems to "leak out" when the bottle is opened...
and the effectivity of it seems lower... i don't feel as much "burn" as i would compared to taking the capsule from the "freshly opened bottle". maybe its just psychological rclxub.gif

but this is for lipo-6. i took HH long time ago.. i can't remember if HH caps got this problem or not...
HH is just too pricey for similar effects.

bought new fresh lipo6 from Syd brows.gif now have to finish my old "leaked" batch first b4 using em. tongue.gif
