Ya, still feels fragile when i go down.... and got slight poking pain also...

did Hiit by sprinting just now... no pain on knees tho.

seems that sprinting is fine.. just squatting cannot...

i think your cartilage become very fragile ady. i suggest seeing a orthopedist. if not u risk unable to squat for life

Can cut straight if you ald have the muscles before that. otherwise, you;ll look like this:

(little muscles and little fat)

so if you want to look like nick auger, you'll need to have moderately high muscles, and low bodyfat.

reminds me of the skinny guy in shaolin soccer that did the praying mantis kungfu in front of stephen chow, rclxm9.gif

Are you a newbie?
if newbie, you can go for Mark Ripptoe 3x5 training programme first.
its in the pinned bodybuilding and str thread on the main H&F page.
That one is a great starter programme.
