Green area generally requires more tricep strength to push and blue area requires more chest power.
So you're going to do this, lower down the barbell fully until it touches your chest, the push it halfway up till the top of the blue line,
lower it down again, and push it back up fully till the top of the green line. That is 1 rep.
by doing this, you're putting more load on your chest and ur dominant muscle (arms) won't be able to take the load off the weaker muscle (ur chest).
Also, don't forget to include dumbbell pullovers as one of your chest exercises.
i have another alternative which works for me - machine bench press. i know free weight > machine maybe your arms are too strong, that's why it's taking the load everytime u bench instead of your chest.
