Its one of the most abundant amino acid in the body among the 20 necessary for muscle protein synthesis, at the same time the mostly used amino acid for metabolism... It plays the row of anti-catabolic simply bcos when you supply plenty of them your body does not have to break down your muscle for them. If you have the Benjamins and you really have to buy 1 amino acid besides whey protein, I suggest L-leucine, an anabolic amino acid. Why do you have to prevent catabolism when you can hasten anabolism, a relatively permanent one....

Hey anyone uses hydroxycut before? I mean in bulking phase. I have 2 bottles sitting there forever, which at first I thought would be useful during my cutting phase but my bulking phase seems like never ending... Thinking of using them for some mental focus or alertness thingy, plus the power for bulking. Anyone having experience?

Haha I take NO Xplode at 9pm and I doze off right after the weight.... Anyway gonna twist open my Hydroxycut to replace the NO Xplode tomorrow.. NO Xplode stops working after a tub or two...

Creat monohydrate? Or creat AKG etc? I assume its creat monohydrate, you will have to load for 5 days, 4 servings a day each shaked with 75g of dextrose (most cost-effective one being glucoline, original flavor). Dun mind the calorie, you can easily use them up during workout. Subsequently you can take 1 serving pre and another post WO, each with 75g dextrose again. If its too much for you post WO alone should do just fine. Personal experience tells me 2 servings a day does better. Remember to cycle though, off for 2 weeks after 8 weeks of continuous uses.

^ I agree with you to some extent. If you choose not to load, the intramuscular cellular level of creatine phosphate will equate the level of which case you load, on day 20. If one doesnt mind lagging for a mere 15 days for maximum effect, ya, loading really is totally not necessary. I chose to have mine on day 5 though.

^ Haha seriously if you dun get me you better do some researches first before even taking it... For what I posted being the most basic facts... Go to bodybuilding.com and look for creatine. Tons of basic stuff.

Creatine plus acidic juices is a big no no! You might as well drink plain water than combining creat and orange juice. Google why.
