actually if u want to know about a person capabilty. u can ask for their previous acquainted projects, portfolios, client, bosses or collegue rather than its last drawn salary. Im pretty sure the client can tell you a lot. If these also the person dont want to give dont waste time lo, no need be a thief la its unnecessary.

actually i think u try so hard because you are not the industry expert.

You get bonus if you can low ball their salary? Past salary mean nothing. Candidate might be good but company low balling them all this while.

I don't want to judge them and just kick them to the curb. Of course, the information I am getting is from my mutual friend and I don't want to make assumptions because my friend could be wrong. These 2 guys do posses certain skillsets however the salary seems to be quite high. Am I allowed to ask for a bank statement? I have seen many saying that it is P&C.

If they can fake the salary slip, what makes u think they can't fake their bank statement?

Do a msteam session and ask them to log in EPF website.

But be prepared to be given the middle finger by the candidate as well.

pay slip is p&c not suppose to share with you. the candidate already violated his/her existing company rule and can get sued.

please hire base on capability experience.

To anyone working in HR but not within talent recruitment unit. Is there any ways to rate performance of recruiters ? I think there should be a way for talents to rate the performance especially after the on-boarding process is completed. Funny they get to decide how much you are getting paid yet don't even have a basic understanding of your responsibility and job scopes.

It's not about not being able to pay a certain amount. If their salary is RM 80k a month and they jump in yes, maybe they would be looking at 100k a month which I think is decent. If their salary is RM 40k a month and they state at RM 80k and they are looking at RM 100k, now that is an issue.

this is so dumb wtf, a position's compensation band is issued based on the company's financial capabilities - not based on the potential employee's salary. doh.gif

And a person's salary does not necessarily equate to a person's skills and even experience, wtf this is so backwater.

I was given some ideas to ask them to fill up the TP3 form to know how much was their YTD tax amounts. Once that is handed over to LHDN, if there is a discrepancy we would know.

The problem with that is the tax deductible does not actually show the current salary. Some companies deduct extra upfront while some deduct the bare minimum then employee foot the bill during taxation season.

Just wondering, what if the pay slips are real and the salary is real? TS gonna concede pay them that amount? Or will still lowball and offer lower increment hmm.gif

Bro ada brani means give company name la
In case I wanna jump, I auto blacklist vacancies from your company
Dowan work with HR like you, sure pening kepala
So much gatekeeping just because you dowanna pay

You never even responded to me when I said why never manage salary expectations during interview? Why even bother asking candidate to interview if he or she asking too much?

Is low-balling part of your KPI?
*
TS kept saying ppl must disclose their salary publicly (to make his job easier) but sendiri no balls to disclose own salary and company name

Just pay them if they think they are worth.
If they are useless, fired them straightaway..

If you think they are qualified and have the skillsets that you are looking for, why want to go through the hassle?

If it is within your company's budget, why want to lowball? You think easy to find people who can fit all your requirements? And i dont think they only have your company in their list.
