actually if u want to know about a person capabilty. u can ask for their previous acquainted projects, portfolios, client, bosses or collegue rather than its last drawn salary. Im pretty sure the client can tell you a lot. If these also the person dont want to give dont waste time lo, no need be a thief la its unnecessary. actually i think u try so hard because you are not the industry expert.
