How is Waja compared to Persona ?
In term of handling & technology, which 1 will be better ?

Did not go through the specs of both car, but I think Waja is heavier and more stable.

Any inputs ?

i think at glance for exterior only, waja oso lose out so far.....

I think this Persona will have several units coming in my Dad's Showroom then i slowly go see la.. Don;t really have interest in it..

waja will handle better....

persona suspension and handling is tuned to bias more towards comfort....

btw, if for a previos Waja, i would like it, but for the current one.. the headlight is fugly, so i would choose Persona lo..

Waja and Persona is just like City and Civic(not in term of quality)..But if you don't mind fugly design, then choose Waja, have comfortable interior

yeah, the only thing i like bout Waja is the spacious interior hehe ..

And Waja interior design is better than Persona I think.One is sporty look, another one is classy..

look for 1st time is quite nice....then look for 2nd times...still can accept...then look for another times....buruk la pulak....later when im get persona...will do some changes the front grill to look more better la....

then upgrade the waja with more features and make the interior even classier...

so they will have 2 sedans in the market already....

after all the persona Base line is good enough to be for the lower end market what...

i think ive made up my mind...i think when i get my Solid White Persona...i just gona change the rims...keep the tyres...still new..i see no point wasting...so change to a nice 15"....

15 budget around RM600..angel eyes i can get for RM400...

Today i did saw a potential gen2 facelifted and the new BLM on the roads, and if u asked me, i think the BLM (black prototype) will sell coz it doesnt look that bad!

Also in the petronas station near my house, i saw proton i care opening a small booth for car servicing and the response is good. From what i see now, it is a huge sigh of improvement from proton on commiting after sales to their customers! Told ya Syed Zainal can bring proton up!

Tok cock only. Called Proton-I-don't-really-care to let them know my complains for 1st service 3 days before i go to SC and they promised will inform SC and follow up closely yadda yadda. When come to SC, SC say no such thing received from HQ(this is a big branch, not dealer), then SC advisor continue to give me grandma story about using semi-synth oil/full synth oil will cause my engine to have noise and void warranty yadda yadda.

E-mailed to Proton-I-don't-know-what-u-talking-about regarding their expert SC advisor and no reply yet from them.

Ho hum.

Hmm, these SC always come with alot of problems. Honestly i dont really bother with warranties these days. Its easily voided and sometimes these SC will give alot of reason just to not giving u warranty. I only go for warranty if there a major part change which may make my car immobile. Other than that, i stick with aftermarket.

But the problem is, if u don't go to them for service and with no authorized SC dealer service record, they can NOT entertain your problem. Also depends on car lor. Since mine is a Savvy, aftermarket products is very few, so hafta go back to them for service in case of (touch wood and kayu), major problems.

yeap i know..dats wat i intend to do...change to 15 and lowered soon...the car seems a bit high...esp the back side...

already went to klang to check out some rims...considering to put a silver or white since my car is white...15 inch range around 700-900...yeap...

regarding warranty i have no freaking idea....maybe change spring will void..but i dont think changing to a same size rim will make it void?...will it?...

They can always say ur installer installed the rim wrongly, causing disparity to the disc brake parity which in turn causes misalignment to the drive shaft and thus causing gear timing to be out, overheating the gearbox and then further overloading the engine and thus your car exploded.

Fully agree i call them to ask about y my car booking so late. they said 3 day to reply me but i wait 1 week also no reply. I book HL at softlaunch still waiting car. i saw 1 HL blueberrytea WQKxxxx at The Curse showroom just now . Didnt take pic coz hp cam spoil..... I asked the salesman 5yr warranty inclusive of which part. He told me is engine n gear box onli and not inclusive wear n tear parts.....

semi-synth oil/full synthoil ler. high-grade most expensive engine oil ler. then wat oil to use. cooking oil? or campro engine not qualify to use high grade oil. if i am not mistaken campro engine serive interval is 10k ler. normal engine oil for 5k onli.

Well i felt its more realistic for warranties for the engine, gearbox, power window and etc as those parts are very expensive to replace. If they include wear n tear parts (air filter, spark plugs), of coz its not realistic as this will bankrupt the company even faster.

well, my grandpa's wira serviced every 5k at proton SC....well, me and him dun mind to pay about rm 80 to rm120 every 5k service...until now the millage already 95k(2003's wira)......and FYI, that wira of ours still yet to have power window problems and etc, except minor2 problems of coz but now all solved..so u want to say our wira is junk?

Engine overheat? Let's assume the engine overheat, after an inspection carried out by Proton SC, no sign of water leakage...n bla bla..the reason is owner forgot to top up coolant because of careless mistake. I would say it is owner fault, not cover under Wrty..!

Juz wondering, can the Persona be fitted with the Gen2 R3 MME bodykit???
Is the promotion on MME parts still on???
