Tok cock only. Called Proton-I-don't-really-care to let them know my complains for 1st service 3 days before i go to SC and they promised will inform SC and follow up closely yadda yadda. When come to SC, SC say no such thing received from HQ(this is a big branch, not dealer), then SC advisor continue to give me grandma story about using semi-synth oil/full synth oil will cause my engine to have noise and void warranty yadda yadda.

E-mailed to Proton-I-don't-know-what-u-talking-about regarding their expert SC advisor and no reply yet from them.

But the problem is, if u don't go to them for service and with no authorized SC dealer service record, they can NOT entertain your problem. Also depends on car lor. Since mine is a Savvy, aftermarket products is very few, so hafta go back to them for service in case of (touch wood and kayu), major problems.

They can always say ur installer installed the rim wrongly, causing disparity to the disc brake parity which in turn causes misalignment to the drive shaft and thus causing gear timing to be out, overheating the gearbox and then further overloading the engine and thus your car exploded.
