They actually reviewing their agents list hence why they dont appoint any for the last 12 months

I heard they already start appointing agents for their projects like in Serene Heights…Kaia and Connaught should be next

I don't think sales is bad, perhaps moderate... not every project get snap up... after all it's a 35year loan roughly around RM400k..

Many projects nowadays take 3-4years to sell 80-90%
Unless a ton of small unit investment oriented then yes, would likely get snapped up within 6-9months..

many ppl here always bash y still many unit left despite launching 6 months - 1 year
they expect finish sell in 1 year one or else considered as sales failure

anyway co1 here ad 2 years still at 50%
maybe once open up to agent can finish sell in 6 months time

hence no more unit thats why no tell u got studio unit

u can go website and check first one next time

Yup, it does have a studio unit and studio comes with fully renovated and some electrical home appliances whereby you can just take your luggage and move in once it VPed smile.gif

The Netizen fully furnished studio can rent around 1.5k. So should be slightly higher for connaught one. Even renting @RM1.5k is considered quite good as early bird purchaser got it around RM280+K for fully furnished studio unit.

That is why studio was snapped up very fast. I was told even bedsheets included. Exactly the same in the picture.

1700 units with same furnishings..can imagine the rental price war after vp smile.gif

Both projects going different direction where CO1 mix match with own stay + rental unit layout.. factory area that one fully focusing on airbnb/ rental market definitely attracted all investors to buy~how to own stay with maximum size only 850sqft aiyorr
