Just signed my SPA last Saturday at their Event.Bought the fully furnished studio unit for investment bcoz of 3 factors.I live nearby,TOD,Architect is yhsa.Those who interested to buy we can share the referral ya.

I ask already can sign SPA. Means SPA effective then within 2027 or 4 years from now should complete . Then block A will complete first not build together? or maybe VP later.
