Btw lower floor 3 rooms 960swf unit will get tandem parking, only high floor get side by side parking

Can you please share why you think it is overpriced? Any statistic, data or insights? If you couldn't share anything, it's misleading people who are less knowledge about property market.

Heard from SA,dev provide provisions for all a/c points but some without the hose.Meaning all a/c hose/wiring can be concealed.Pros,you get to choose better aircond hose can control and better quality because alot of project a/c hose clogged with cement when VP.Cons is you need fork out $$ lol.
