Annex @ Medan Connaught are dying by days but access wide this project seem better since direct from main road

I would say should be temp mainly because of the ongoing road work both along Salak Expressway toward MV and Jalan Cheras before EkoCheras where there are only 2 accessible lanes as compared to 3 / 4 lanes previously anyway it's still nightmare to say

Tower A of UEM Sunrise Bhd’s first transit-oriented development (TOD) named The Connaught One in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, has achieved a take-up rate of 85%, prior to its official launch on June 24 (Saturday).

Situated adjacent to the Taman Connaught MRT station and the Cheras Sentral Mall, The Connaught One is spread across a 3.4-acre freehold tract in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. With a gross development value (GDV) of RM747 million, the project will offer two 53-storey towers, namely Tower A and B, comprising 1,334 serviced apartments and 15 retail lots.

Seem the opposite Majestic Maxim pretty alive especially with the grocer in operation now hopefully more shop will operate to enhance the area

Cheras Sentral is unofficial MRT parking, else less than 10 shops in the mall operating, the hotel surprisingly still operationable.

Next to Connaught One site also with several blocks of low cost flats in close proximity … very old, paint peeling off not appetising…

Opposite the site is Annex, 2 stretch of new shoplots have couple of shops but mostly with onsale/rent banners …

Hope UEM will rejuvenate the place to bring the quality up … but quite hard … best if they bought and demolish everything
