i will just roughly describe them nod.gif

960SQF - entrance - living hall - balcony (center)
right side one master one bath room, left side 2 room one bath room
but one interesting is many walls are "hackable" so buyer get more flexibility to replan the space
all rooms have windows facing balcony direction

1000sqf more to conventional layout
3 rooms 2 bath room one sides then living room balcony another side, less hackable walls
all rooms have windows facing balcony direction as well, except the small room facing another side (1000sqf are corner lots)

who interested shall visit to their sales gallery.. the staff quite friendly no push push hard sell haha

One 1000sqf unit in 3x floor cost 608k (nett), lower floor even cheaper, i guess is around 600sqf

Btw lower floor 3 rooms 960swf unit will get tandem parking, only high floor get side by side parking
1000sqf all get side by side

Just checked google maps again, i notice few things

1. Got a small shit pond adjacent to this project
2. Got a cement factory? next to this project
3. The annex likely blocks some view of tower A
Anyone know how tall is Annex? 29floors in total?

In general, facing Anix may sacrify view and/or privacy

Facing Anix means facing west, embracing sun set.
So with Anix blocking (if and only if orientation is correct) the sun set, it filters some heat and it is not completely a bad thing.
Suggest to visit the site in an afternoon and feel the "heat".

For those units that come with a balcony but no yard, there's a possibility to hang clothes at the balcony.

Based on layout seem the building faces away annex no block view as advertised and block A facing shit pond one side almost sun rise view.

The building seems far apart from block B. i more interested what they building below shop or mall like?

the design of tower A is like an / \ inverted V shape so units at \ this side with facing annex (low floor) and west sunlight afternoon
unit at this side / , will see shit pond biggrin.gif but rather smaller then kuchai skyline i guess....

One pro i see, tho 16/flr in its bldg template is the non enclosed air-well design, semi-d dwelling layout (one shared dividing wall only) .

I hate double loaded corridor with enclosed air well, given a choice.

I would say, AR did great except type B, which i fail to understand
