My 300Mbps SWU free call as well

Actually I wonder this apply to all 300Mbps SWU users? I did not use landline can't confirm. During upgrade early of December 2021, TM Point counter just told me only broadband offer which exactly the same pricelist. Can be subsequently they internally change it after that for "new upgrade" users.

I just received my Deco M9 Plus, ordered via TM Unifi.
Have an issue the WiFi connected to deco M9 Plus is not showing WiFi6 on my Samsung S20+.
Any settings I missed.

Deco M9 is WiFi 5. Not Wifi 6.

Deco X series is WiFi 6

Your package bit difference from me if really compare.... You was offered free router FOC while I got nothing. Hahaha.....

How come you all get free calls? Mine get charged. Can double confirm your package was 300Mbps SWU basic RM 129.00?

yes, mine is SWU 300mbps package; got free fiberhome router also

I just came out from TM. The staff told me that I'm not entitled due to previous package doesn't include free calls. Those subscribed previous package with free call will get as previous plan with new speed and new price. But mine not entitled. So I will report to mcmc. End of story

Definitely report MCMC for your issues.. Their package options keep changing among different users.

By the name of the package is different. Price also would be different. But don't let customer caught you in red-handed. Charging customer same price but giving different services will cause customer feel being cheated. That's not the way doing business

It really depends on ur luck, some previously got free call and got stripped when switch to swu package.
As far as I can see, most of us are all using StayWithUnifi-Basic. It just a naming thing, basic or not, it doesn't really matter.
When u signup for a new package, you should have asked before confirming the switch.
Their package pricing are fuckup, different person get different offer.
You must double-check and triple check what kind of services included or excluded before signing up.

Swu package, i get new wifi 6 router and free call.

No matter what or which package you signed up previously. When all signed up to new package, kindly be fair to everyone. Same price same services. Don't because previous package got free call, others can't get. We are paying same price. If less free calls, less RM 20 for less service. Different story.

Fair? We are talking about TM here. Pls don't be surprise.
During the turbo era, all streamyx users get ntg (including me), while unfi users get boosted and stay with the same price.
Some ppl over here only paying RM149 or even lower for 800Mbps.

I'm not that surprise during turbo era, what am I surprise during 1st time launched unifi service, that time VIP5, VIP10 and VIP20. I'm living in a shoplot house where's ground floor doing business and 1st floor as home. Has been using TM service ever since dailup 1515, upgrade to streamyx. When was excited fibre optic cable has been pulled in front shoplot and ready in service. Guess what not entitled for residential package. Must sign-up business package. I didn't cut business line. Apply for home, (1st floor), also rejected. Many dealer approached me for helping me apply. All being rejected. Until turbo time, entitled to upgrade to fibre from streamyx. Also endless time waiting. Not set anytime to upgrade until I walked in to TM office, spokes to branch manager. Upgrade for residential package or I bring this matter to mcmc. Then only approved for residential package.
