Guys, I just successfully upgrade my unifi fibre plan from 30Mbps to Stay with unifi 300Mbps RM 129. Is there anything I will get from TM?

Any recommendations?

I went to TM today. I did ask upgrade plan to stay with unifi 100Mbps She asked me where I get this info plan. I say people share info to me. But shes say only selected customer can get and I not eligible. But she offered me 300Mbps for 129. And I asked her I subscribe to 300Mbps package will I get any new router. She's say no. That's it

Funny joke by customer service representative that SWU 100Mbps plan ONLY FOR SELECTED customer. But I can offer you 300Mbps for RM 129.00. Just basic internet and no new router and no free call.🙄

Based what I understanding, this plan doesn't came with free calls. Basically just internet. If came with free calls, my parents gonna love it. No longer need find great spot for mobile phone calls

Not sure I got it for free. But one of the member got it free.

Yours has been granted from TM after chat with TM staff. Mine didn't. I have to check my bill. Now wait patiently billing out

How come you all get free calls? Mine get charged. Can double confirm your package was 300Mbps SWU basic RM 129.00?

I just came out from TM. The staff told me that I'm not entitled due to previous package doesn't include free calls. Those subscribed previous package with free call will get as previous plan with new speed and new price. But mine not entitled. So I will report to mcmc. End of story

By the name of the package is different. Price also would be different. But don't let customer caught you in red-handed. Charging customer same price but giving different services will cause customer feel being cheated. That's not the way doing business

No matter what or which package you signed up previously. When all signed up to new package, kindly be fair to everyone. Same price same services. Don't because previous package got free call, others can't get. We are paying same price. If less free calls, less RM 20 for less service. Different story.

I'm not that surprise during turbo era, what am I surprise during 1st time launched unifi service, that time VIP5, VIP10 and VIP20. I'm living in a shoplot house where's ground floor doing business and 1st floor as home. Has been using TM service ever since dailup 1515, upgrade to streamyx. When was excited fibre optic cable has been pulled in front shoplot and ready in service. Guess what not entitled for residential package. Must sign-up business package. I didn't cut business line. Apply for home, (1st floor), also rejected. Many dealer approached me for helping me apply. All being rejected. Until turbo time, entitled to upgrade to fibre from streamyx. Also endless time waiting. Not set anytime to upgrade until I walked in to TM office, spokes to branch manager. Upgrade for residential package or I bring this matter to mcmc. Then only approved for residential package.
