keep refresh and normally when it stream immediately ,it should be on Sin node.
But normally at this time,most foreign country node should also work well. only not watchable at night.

having unifi dp box issue again fibre modem show fibre no signal that affect only few neighbour and other unifi at the same taman still working well at today early midnight 02:42AM and it's fixed at 1:23PM, total around 10 hour, last time it happen at 18/10/2020 at around 5PM and fixed at around 11:30PM, total around 6 hour, same symptoms.

Unifi Live Chat at midnight

Your position in queue is 223.
3:03 AM

till around 5AM to finish the queue to be able to report the case.

TM100 not working at midnight.

Yours VDSL so you say it is BTU?

If fiber, then it can be the fiber signal loss, then need to report for checking signal level, or just check by yourself by plug in the lan cable directly into modem with static IP like they said 2-5 page before.
If VDSL, wait for Time reach your apartment, tell your apartment's management and Time for speed it up, nothing much you can do to fix it. icon_rolleyes.gif

Yup, by blocking it, you no longer need to check which server you are connected to.

If no video = no SG server
Got video = SG server

No need keep F12 and check for it one by one, which take too much time than just...
Reload, 1s done, no video/loading icon, reload again. brows.gif

QoS kick in after 7 PM, so before 7 PM no need do anything, if weekend will be start early like 5-6 PM because most at home watching. icon_rolleyes.gif

Can try use this one next time, might able to bypass the queue because log are provided to backend and live chat.(Sadly log need login for check)
The only problem is no auto login, so they will ask for your info, even they still ask for your info after you login for live chat la, so still the same. laugh.gif

i did use unifi easyfix for the 1st time, in the end still have to go through live chat and have to queue.

i just use it again, with unifi working now, and yesterday probably has the same messages, but i am not sure and confirm.

Looks like unifi Easyfix is experiencing a problem and is unable to proceed with the troubleshooting any further

So it is not that great, only good when your fiber still working, but fiber signal too strong/weak and causing issues like 2-5 page before.
Which means result for yellow light and green light are the best for this self testing la, not that bad. hmm.gif

And also, your account are same as mine, the error is like this.

When they perform the timeout, it is each testing got timeout, like testing fiber in between xxx to xxx, then in between xxx and xxx, each take 15000ms(15s) for time out, by mixing together it is 30s already.
And yes, including checking for account info, bill info, paid info, address info, reported issues and the CS + Technical staff handled your case etc, if you login into UniFi portal got loading issues now, it add more 15s xN timeout into it.

But, the problem is, the acceptable timeout for this API request is Max 5.00 mins(I forgot, should be 5, normally for HTTP is 2 mins) only, so it timeout and give you this error code. laugh.gif
You need to ensure your portal info can be loaded, else it will give you error code, but F12 still can tell you the answer, timeout or what. tongue.gif

Jeez. Anyone experiencing random service interrupts with Unifi? Happened late November last year as well and one day it just stopped. Now it's back and my internet has been down for half an hour. How is Unifi even still in business with this kind of service?

I am using Unifi 800Mbps mainly for streaming. However the streaming capabilities on certain apps reduce tremendously when the was a fault at AGP undersea cable. Unfortunately i am experiencing the same difficulties. Has the undersea cable being rectified yet or problem with my streaming apps. Thanks

I have just upgraded my unifi to 300mbps and was given fiberhome router SR1041Y. I connected my pc to router via ethernet cable 5e. When i check the LAN speed, one LAN was at 1000M but the other 2 was at 100M. Any idea how to configure the other 2 LAN to 1000M?

make sure they are high quality cat5e cables

also check the devices on the other end and make sure they support gigabit speeds too

Should be your fiber broken, live chat with CS and ask them send people for checking, they got record of when your fiber and PPPoE are dropped, so can confirm issues on their side.
It can be signal too strong or weak, or modem issues, or the fiber equipment for your area are broken.

My home town also like that, drop sometimes, then one day they do maintenance on midnight, it was fixed until current time, still working fine.


The only known issues for UniFi so far are Public IP and oversea connection only, for others, please live chat with CS and open a report.

Yes, can use a short cable and connect to laptop for quick testing, also unplug the current cable and plug in laptop to test is the cable or router issues.

Some router with cheap chipset like my laptop is Qualcomm network card, keep dropping 1Gbps to 100M when I move the head for 5 degree, but 100M are fine.

Router can handle device at max 30 (good router) . It is gud practice to split using access point. I'm facing this on asus xt8. After split, never got problem device disconnected

TM called to offer a free upgrade. Details:
Speed: unifi 100mbps to unifi 300mbps (upload 50mbps)
HypTV: Remove Ruby pack, left basic channels (TV1 2 3 8...)
Free Call: Remain 600 min
Device: Free wifi-6 router
TnC: another 2 years contract

Hmmmm, TM so good give ho kangtao mer?

- Technicians came to change for a new wifi-6 router
- Was told being offered because 2 years contract ended. TM wants customers to stay with unifi so offers this upgrade for another 2 years contract

Patut la....expect TM to give free meal mer....

anyone speed suddenly become 300mbps? My plan was supposed to be 100mbps but today morning suddenly become 300mbps. I didnt request any upgrade from tm,

Hi, i am thinking of getting a deco but not sure if it's better to go with unifi or just get it myself.

For the one under unifi, is the item ours after 24 months?

Secondly, is there any issue with deco and smart tv? I saw some complaining in google but that was in 2019.

Thirdly, must the unifi router be disconnected for mesh to work? I'm still thinking if i need 2 or 3 deco.

I'm on 300mbps and super value yep 2019 at RM149.
Some forumer said this yep 2019 is permanent plan and won't change pricing later.

My contact is already over, so just think whether are there any better value provider out there with 300mbps and cheaper monthly that I can port to without down time?
I don't really utilise my TV package now but recently TM gave free iQiYi access which I found it quite ok too
