If my Unifi monthly internet broadband bill payment is due today (Feb 10), when is the last date I must pay to avoid late fees or will they disconnect my internet for late payment? Can I pay 2 weeks after the due date?

Before the next due date

I'm using 50mbps rm99. My contract ended. I saw some has been getting 100mbps rm99. I will go to tm point to request. But before I do so, is there anything I should say to increase my chances of getting it? Any advise is appreciated

Anyone has any knowledge how much speed can traditional copper Streamyx go using TM infra? I believe it's way above 8mbps right? If so why wouldn't TM uncap the limit of existing 8mbps to a higher speed as there should be way lesser people congesting the DSLaM right, given the mass migration to Fibre. And any speed above 8, say 10-15mbps still won't match Fibre's most minimum 30mbps to exert competition to this tier, so why dont uncap existing users.

To avoid the issue of high readings on copper that will cause the internet in your premises to be frequently disconnected

If you are a VDSL user, speeds are limited to 50mbps.
If you are a Fibre user, you can try this trick (Transfer ID to another ISP)

I'm using fiber. But the trick requires me to really sign up for another ISP right?

Why want to do that? If you pay by credit card, can further extend.

This trick is only valid for Unifi FIBER/VDSL users with speeds 30mbps and above.

Thanks. So for Unifi payment, I can delay the first due date and pay before the next due date i.e. Mar 10 without incurring late charges or disconnection.

Yesterday TM telemarketing offer free upgrade from 100MBps to 300mbps without the tv package and free router wifi6. price remain RM129.
And of coz 2 year bonding.

This 2 year bonding offered by TM with rebates is not worth considering should it be that if you terminate early you're required to put up with the remaining months bill.
For other competitors such as Maxis, Celcom and DiGi their rebates with term contract such as 6 months pay for 30M plan but get 100M plan, if you terminate early. You're are not required to pay for remaining months in full.

You are only required to pay for say 6months rebate of RM40 for RM89 100Mbps, you pay 6 x RM40 = RM240 for your early termination. That will SAVE you lot of trouble.

So let's say Celcom offers 300M to you at price of a 100M plan your monthly rebate is like RM20 for next 24 months as customer retention offer. If you terminate within 24 months, you only require to pay remaining months x RM20 rebates that was offered to you. Not ENTIRE lum sum of remaining months. That's alot.

When i on streamyx, and change to unifi, max i can apply 30mbps, using back same copper cable,
Installer did not replace cable, in normal good condition, speed test ping about 20-30, speed about 31-32mbps, but upload suck, 6-7mbps even 30mbps plan upload is 10mbps.
