This is happen to certain area of UniFi user, when TM side think you have IPv6 connection dropped, they dropped your IPv6 allocation.

2 possible solution on your side

1. Just reboot and hope it works, for like few days before IPv6 down again.
2. Just reboot until you allocated different range of IP address, like 175.x.x.x to 180.x.x.x, and got a working IPv6.

Until the whole network for your area is down, then your IPv6 will fixed magically.
I guess will be
1. A reboot for TM device fix it, should be the device running too many years, can be 1 year? too long I can't remember la. tongue.gif
2. TM take the network down to fix the configuration issues on IPv6

Yes, lot of times, whole network down, then up again, found out IPv6 stable again. laugh.gif
Before that guessing it is Modem or Router broken because fine for 1 year, then happen like another year, but then TM network down, and up after few hours, fine, no more issues on IPv6 side.

i dont have auto option on get ipv6 address section. which is i should choose? slaac?

Anyone had new installation during this FMCO? How long does it take between sign up and your technician appointment?
*
depend. i apply during month of fasting, technician came next day but unfortunately they said need to install new pole first next to my house

fast forward 2 month, 8th June 2021, TM contractor came and installed the poles in front of my house. Next day, TM installation came to setup the UNIFI

so, I believe during FMCO, if there is not problem like mine, they may come within a few days. They will send first the SMS to inform the appointment date and time ahead to you.

Sounds like a clusterf**k at TM side.

Hold on, I just remembered something. Last year there was once when my connection suddenly dropped, and I found that some Maxis technician actually disconnected my cable accidentally when fixing my other neighbors connection (I caught them, and demanded them to fix the connection). Your explanation may be the truth.
*
If that's the case, i still accept it cos just simple fix will solve it. What's worrying though is the tech give the port to new subs and ended no more port and they prioritise new subs rather the old subs

I bought Dlink DIR2150. I bought it during 22 March sale for RM 136.77. The performance is solid for the price range. Got 2 firmware upgrades within less than 3 months which is good considering for the price. Well it's AC router hence why it is cheaper now due to AX routers. Its new model which came out around September 2020. You may buy this if you don't have wifi 6 devices at home.

Thanks for the reply guys.

My original Unifi speed is 30mpbs , after Tmnet CS told me they upgraded to 300Mbps yesterday, my videos streaming and download improves alot, but speedtest shows download speed between 70-90mbps only, weird.
I test the speedtest on LAN cable, my router is ASUS AC1300UHP and all the LAN cables connected seems to be above CAT5e, should support up to 300mbps.

Ill check later on the telephone number, thanks alot.

how much the price for 300mbs u got and did the contract extend?

still zaman dial up 1515 and 1513. u know even that we use tm internet topup prepaid card to top up before online for dial up 1515. that is how long i been used tm service. been apply for upgrade every year and max streamyx i got was 4mbs only. imagine keep asking tm to upgrade tm infrastructure for all these time every single year and countless 3rd parties agents i had gone through

never once tm call me directly to offer any promo or discount i had to ask them everytime i saw tm promo on their fb
