Currently im using Streamyx 8Mbps at landed house which always give me unstable connection(always disconnect and reconnect). Called TM technician to check, he claimed that outside wiring no issue, he suspect inside wire got problem or 8Mbps cannot be used by multiple devices.

I'm just done pre-registration UNIFI 30Mbps plan with TM agent saying is BBF project.

I got few concerns,
If the installation is use back existing telephone line(change to VDSL?), i worry line not stable happen. Then no point for me to upgrade and tied to new contract again with higher monthly fees.
Actually I expect UNIFI 30Mbps come with Fiber, which is pull new cable to the house.
But saw the post saying Unifi 30Mbps - VDSL / FIBER can be VSDL or FIBER??

My areas 4G connection very weak. Complaint few times, telco won't take any action to upgrade, otherwise i rather use 4G instead of streamyx.

Landed house will 100% use fibre optic instead of copper, 30Mbps VDSL for high-rise only.
while for high-rise depends on the type of technology provided in the building, some are copper or fiber, or both.
mostly old high-rises such as PPR will use VDSL, while some new high-rises like condo or apartment will use fiber
that's why I wrote VDSL / FIBER, because this plan is suitable for use on both methods

U got baidupan member or not?
If got then try reboot your router to a new ip range ,might get higher speed.
If dont have member then the speed slow is normal.

Then speed slow is normal.
Baidupan have speed limit for non-paid member.
Now better than past.
Previously only can run 10kb/s,now very random. 50kb/s to 800kb/s per download file depends on time.
With free trial speed up can run up to X mb/s.

I think on shopee got shared membership selling
Had a few files to download from baidu before and there was no way I could finish downloading the huge size ones with slow speed

Last few months our home newly installed also like that. I think their database kinda mess-up.

It mean your port at FDP is being share with your neighbour. Recently me too experiencing the same problem. The installer is using 1X2 splitter and mess up with the connection at the port. Typical TM installer, need another team to clear sh*t

Hi all. I see many ads for 100mbps is rm129 but I have paid rm137 for 5 years. Is it because of the SST? The initial rm129 doesn't include SST?

you are still using the old 30mbps plan, I recommend you to switch to the new RM89 30mbps plan through the myunifi app, the contract will be renewed

Somehow this morning I manage to get full speed

OK there is big different between these 2 box.

White box using dedicated separated line, which is not affected I guess, at least for me I always used to watch from 6pm till midnight 2am, watching Italy Serie A, F1, some chinese movies everything is smooth.

For Black box, sorry then, its use same internet line and I cannot said this is a issue.

For my understanding, IPTV its best to use dedicated line rather than shared internet line. Those old subscriber will remain to have dedicated line, those new subscriber no luck.

Is this regarding the IPTV connection?

not thinking of upgrading to 100mbps? 

Already upgraded to 300mbps on 8th June, but still getting old speed 100mbps.. already called the tech and wait they come to fix it. anyone got same problem?

TM Unifi changed the look/design of their PDF bill starting this month.
Is anyone else having problems viewing the new bill format using Acrobat Reader app on mobile? Text not showing up, only background images.

The following works on the same pdf:-
-  using Acrobat Reader on PC
- using google drive viewer on mobile

does the ASUS Blue Cave AC2600 Dual Band Gigabit Router supports Unifi 800Mbps?
If so, how is the performance?
