I used to have the stock TP link AC1200 router from TM. It does auto reboot itself randomly. So I suspect yours must be hardware fault d. But to confirm it, I suggest you to reset the router and see first whether it auto reboot or not. If it does auto reboot even after you reset the router, time for you to get a new router.

Hi guys, I got SMS saying to go to occ.unifi.my to change password after changing my parents billing name to me but when I go to website it doesn't seem to be available.

Where do I log in with the credentials they give me?

Terminated my Unifi 100MB @ RM129/m package (no more contract), moved out n waiting for new house to complete at least need to wait for 6 months due to MCO.
Received call from TM hoping they can offer me 300MB at special price, then i can consider to transfer to new address n continue pay, but the sales person said no promo at the moment, want cheap then take 30MB ... bangwall.gif

once u terminated , u can only take 100Mbps Rm129 again and try to call back after few months using it ....300Mbps normally they offer Rm149/159 (with or without Mesh Wifi M4) .

they hardly will offer u RM129 for 300Mbps ... u can try , but normally u wont get ....

Problem is, i dont have choice, they dont want to offer me cheaper price on 300Mbps even before termination

I just called 100, and upgraded my Unifi100 to 300, RM159->RM179. Everything from my original package (600 free call, UnifiTV Ultimate) will remain same, no Plus TV Box, but with free Deco M4. Consider Ok the price? I have triple confirmed too that RM179 is perpetual, not 24 months discount.

There's an online form which you can fill, and marketting will call to offer you the upgrade. RM159 for 300mbps. Since you terminated, then nothing you can do.

anyway , once u terminated , u cant do anything already. icon_rolleyes.gif laugh.gif ... next time call 100 to check for any promo upgrade package , before terminate your line.
