I just called 100, and upgraded my Unifi100 to 300, RM159->RM179. Everything from my original package (600 free call, UnifiTV Ultimate) will remain same, no Plus TV Box, but with free Deco M4. Consider Ok the price? I have triple confirmed too that RM179 is perpetual, not 24 months discount.

Is Unifi facing major outage in Petaling Jaya? My connection suddenly got disconnected 30 mins ago. Both HyppTV white color TV box, and also the VOIP is working fine. Tried to call 100, it was engaged. Try Live Agent chat, queue length is 556

My wifi router is not able to connect, but the VLAN for HyppTV, and also the VOIP (connected to modem) is working fine.

At least we know that it is not something related to any device inside the house, or the infrastructure outside the house. Probably related to their authentication server

Hi, does anyone know why TM will send people and work on the white box on the phone pole, when there is no one making any complain? Yesterday someone from TM climb up the phone pole and mess with it, and just now my Internet connection stop working, and this is what I saw.

Some update. A technician, X, came around 2pm just now. Below is the summary:

1. X said that TM is doing some investigation on the ports around my area (I don't exactly know what that mean, someone steals a port?)

2. Earlier this morning, another TM technician, Y, was here because my neighbour few doors away complained about internet connection. I knew about this from my other neighbour.

3. X suspects that as part of the fixing/investigation, Y has to unplug my cable, and left it dangling. (Yes, that dangling cable is from my house, WTF?)

4. In the end, X just plugged my cable back. But before he did that, he spent quite sometime on the ladder up the phone pole (around 20mins), talking to some people over phone call, about the different port numbers. X said that my port is now verified. Similarly, he had to unplug another cable (WTF * 2?)

5. I asked X whether there will be another technician who will come and unplug my cable again. X said it won't because my port is now verified

Can someone explain it to me in human language?

it is possible that the installer who installed the fiber to your house forgot to verified that the port has been reserved for you. Then there is an issue where other TM tech will unplug your port, they think the connection to your house is an illegal connection or an old fiber port that has terminated fibre service

Sounds like a clusterf**k at TM side.

Hold on, I just remembered something. Last year there was once when my connection suddenly dropped, and I found that some Maxis technician actually disconnected my cable accidentally when fixing my other neighbors connection (I caught them, and demanded them to fix the connection). Your explanation may be the truth.
