Hi all, I need your opinion about this.

So I UPGRADED from unifi lite to fiber last month. March bill has gone through/settle but is not reflected on current month bill instead it double charged. Visited TM point, they stated there is RM115.10 on TM side which will be refund after 3 months by cheque.

Any possible I can make them to use RM115.10 on my bill instead of sending me a cheque after 3 months? How much do I need to pay right now?

Tm officer told me to pay RM100 1st but still overpaying. My monthly charges is RM73.15 included ST.

If you have similar encounter, please advice. TQ

TM billing system wasn't exactly efficient and I don't think they will be bothered about this arrangement because from their point of view, as long as they refund the money somehow their work is done.

Hi,

I would like to ask anyone using Unifi business 100Mbps for RM139/mth. Does your line tend to disconnect frequently when a phone call or fax comes in? I have been facing this issue but TM said they can't do anything about it as they ask me to monitor the line.

I bought a fiber reader tool and the reading was 13.25dBm and yet it keeps dcing when a phone call comes in. What is seems to be the issue? Plus this package I am currently using uses 4 phone numbers. Not too sure to report to MCMC for this but if that's all can do. I'm not too satisfied with it bangwall.gif

how much did you paid?
When did you make the payment ? did you make the payment during/after on 4/4 ?
in the bill statement, did they include proof of your payment?

If TM is still unable to solve your problem, I recommend you to make a complaint to SKMM (MCMC)

Hi all. I see many ads for 100mbps is rm129 but I have paid rm137 for 5 years. Is it because of the SST? The initial rm129 doesn't include SST?

you are still using the old 30mbps plan, I recommend you to switch to the new RM89 30mbps plan through the myunifi app, the contract will be renewed

I read new 30mbps does not have unifi tv
I see on change plan it say broadband only

Because sometime got watch unifi tv

Switch to the new 30mbps for only RM89. You can save a lot there. All Unifi pricing you have to add 6% SST.

Yes, before this is unifi advance 30, RM199
Then i go TM point when gobind time, why expensive can offer me higher speed
My flat use copper, he say cannot upgrade but can give this plan
Unifi30mbps non fibre on portal show, and say unifi tv what pack want

For March I paid RM69+RM10[RC fees]+6%SST=RM83.75. I paid before 4/4. No, because I UPGRADED from unifi lite to unifi fiber, the amount paid does not bring forward.

I knew from TM officer there is RM115.10 on TM side but I have no idea how much I need to pay now, everything is double charge, the fees/SST. The officer does told me to pay at least RM100 for this month. Still overpaying.

If you have similar encounter, please advise. TQ

I think it's possible that the bill you paid was for a previous unifi lite account because there was a reconnection charge. while you just upgrade to unifi fiber in March. hmm.gif hmm.gif

Yeap that was the case. I already paid but now you told me to pay again. I m confuse how I should pay right now. Normally I would just need to pay 69+6%ST. So should I follow the advise from TM officer just pay RM100 or pay all of them to avoid service interruption and RM20 RC fees. rclxub.gif

Overpayments for old accounts are not carried over to new accounts. otherwise it will be returned in the form of a check.

Yes, you need to make a new payment on the new Unifi account number
