Moving customer to CGNAT for IPv4 in the name of security is total bullshit. Just admit the IPv4 address had exhausted. The public IPv4 address I'm using is shared with other users as I found the IP I'm using had download record of something that I didn't perform on the I Know What You Download in between two torrent that I downloaded.

Another behavior I noticed after moved to private IP with the CGNAT is that my public IP changes from time to time. Not sure about the frequency.
