2 options to use Mesh

1) Stock Router / own router -> Mesh (Access point mode)

or

2) Mesh (Router mode), no longer using stock router.

If you have powerful own router like Mikrotik then option 1 is better. Else option 2 will do.

Turn on the guest wifi, set only for 2.4Ghz, turn off isolated from main network on the guest wifi and set 5Ghz only on main network. Problem solved.

Unfortunately my wifi printer running on guest network cant print if my devices are connected on the main network I guess i have to enable 2.4ghz on the main network for the printing works to go on

Once you turn off' 'isolated from main network', you should be able to ping your printer.

did you make payment for unifi lite account before or after upgrading to fiber? If you make a payment before upgrading to Fiber it is not a problem because the unifi lite account is still active, if you make a payment for a unifi lite account after upgrading to fiber it will be a bit of a problem because the unifi lite account will be terminated automatically after the unifi fiber installation is completed on your premises at the same time. Although it is displayed "still active"

After finish upgrading to fiber. I thought I clear out the outstanding and it will not be a problem since the monthly fees is the same. TM just close my report without contacting me by phone, sms, or e-mail. What a nice after sales service.

My modem on 1st floor living area, one M4 placed here then another M4 placed on ground floor living area which is approx 15m apart divided by the stairway with no partition in-between.

Would M4 on ground floor gets good connection with main m4 upper floor? Reason thinking of M4 cos got old devices ie laptop/spare phones which is not WPA3 compliant etc

On the deco app, i cant find this setting to turn off 

Maybe is you because you're using router mode. Maybe you can change the vlan under the guest wifi to 1 to see whether it works. Otherwise you have to stick with what you have now.
