how to test or check is it SSD problem? or cable can cause it? internal SSD seem is slow on write, but read is ok, so when i playing game no feel slow down, yes i store game on this SSD
model and name in screenshot
when copy file to this disk task manager disk usage will 100%, avg respond time will get over 2000 to 10000ms
Dom have enclosure, hope switch port can solve Btw mine is HP desktop, currently SSD connected to blue color SATA port (SATA0), there is also got white color SATA port (SATA1), what the different? Trying google search no result
Edit, is SATA0 to HDD blue color port, SATA1 white color no connect anything, SATA2 connect to this SSD blue color port

Different colour could mean which connects to CPU and which connects to chipset/onboard SATA controller.

You gotta provide more info about what HP Desktop this is some older models may have like, 6.0Gbps port for Hard Drive and 1.5Gbps port for optical drive

HP Victus gaming desktop TG02, intel i5 12400F Website does not mention white or blue color port Just recent week become slow when trying extract Rar file Remaining time keep increase

If its not apparent before and getting worse by day, it could mean SSD degradation. Have you done CD info and HD Sentinel scan yet?

As above already posted ssd health, very less tbw, Copy out big file no issue, copy in ssd very slow, need check my drawer got extra SATA cable or not I not yet test change SATA port as not sure white color port what mean

Can't find the pdf manual from HP site? Ur desktop not that old (12th gen intel), all SATA ports should be SATA III (6Gbps). I googled a bit, seems the color just for ease of identification. Usually SATA0 for boot drive, the rest u can plug in anything doesn't matter the order as long u configure properly in Bios/uefi
U try to rule out bad sata port or bad cable first. I assume the ssd is not thermal throttling when writing, based on your temperature in screenshot.
But i think likely cause is one of these: - drive itself (faulty NAND or controller) - OS not properly performing TRIM - drive usage almost full (85% in ur screenshot). Yes, if u didn't overprovision and almost full, ssd write speeds will drop. How bad it drop depends on quality of your drive & other factors. U can google all about this

Need more than one test. Also inhouse app cannot always trust. Mine Adata app give me far higher speeds than CDMark, Iometer & others.
Do process of elimination Use same cable but different ports, compare speed Use different cable, but test for each port, compare speed
If consistent its likely your SSD is ran out of buffer or some shit DRAMless QLC
IINM SSD are multiyear warranty, so if your not happy can do RMA too. No guarantees the next one will be better tho.

560TBW, now only 3TBW will need some day to test other port or cable, hope white port can use

filled up to 85%, speed drop, still on white SATA port
Its likely your write buffer ady overload even at 15% free. Try going down to 80% or 75% fill until you gain back write speed. The free space should be your limit not to touch. For hassle free you can partition off this chunk of reserved space and keep it hidden. That way the only space you 'see' is what you can fill up to.

So either not use over 85% space, or make extra partition without driver letter?
