Anyway, I think 'the glitch' in Sony Store might just affect a few pre-orders (maybe in the 10s) I guess?

From the conversation, seems like the issue is Sony Store didn't 'cut-off' fast enough when they direct successful checkout to the Payment page.

1. For example, let's say they allocated 200 units.
2. Ppl that got in and managed to checkout is 300 (rest see Sold out msg in Sony webpage)
3.Out of the 300 in Payment process, maybe the system let through 220-230 successful orders because their system can't update fast enough (70-80 ppl get "Out of Stock when made payment situation")

I also received the call, I told him to fuxx off.

I said if he behave this way I will sue sony.

When we paired for an order , the other party accept. This is a contract which is binding.

Any lawyer here can confirm.

We should raise fund to hire legal to sue them.

Sue them in Sony Japan, they fire the management team here.

Any lawyer here?

why you want to sue sony japan? if you want to sue the overseas boss, then the right organization to sue is Sony Interactive Entertainment USA.

they are the ones in charge of the playstation franchise now, not japan.
